Poor customer service and extremely rude front desk.
If you advertise that you're open til 7pm, then you should accept business until 7pm. If not, and you want to close the door and go home by 7, then you should say you close at 6:30.
Wouldn't take a men's manicure (no frills, no polish) a little under 15 minutes before the advertised closing time...
I don't recommend supporting poorly and rudely run businesses!

My pedicure bowl I was placed in was not cleaned properly prior to use there was a bunch of debris and stones rock like pebbles floating in my water which made it uncomfortable for my feet. I paid $55 for a basic pedicure I asked for gel polish and I was told they do not carry any gel polish the only have the old fashioned polish where you sit under the dryer in the salon. I would have rather spent my $55 elsewhere I will not be coming back here.

Just came her cause I was in the area this was my first time at this salon, but the lady said I had to too 20% lol it was already a $60 reg pedicure but to tell me I HAVE TO do anything is crazy lol really rude for the only small word exchanges we had

Absolutely WONDERFUL experience at this salon! I came in with acrylic that needed to be removed, and they removed it gently and completely without any pain, and then i got dip powder nails to replace them, and they're absolutely stunning: the shape is perfect, they're smooth and shiny, i can't find a single flaw. The salon was clean and had a wonderful and relaxing atmosphere, everyone was kind and welcoming, i arrived early for my appointment and they started working on my nails early. I WILL be returning to this salon!

I have been coming here for a spa pedicure for about 5 years now and I absolutely love it here! I live in Philly and drive out here because of the service and safety they continuously provide. This is a very relaxing spa and the technicians take their time which I love and appreciate. I always get the spa type of pedicure which is an hour and they do a thorough job! Everyone is always nice and pleasant to me especially when I am greeted at the door. I always call ahead for an appointment. While my technician left, I was booked with Ja-Hyde (spelling?) who was even better!Unfortunately during my last visit there was a very rude customer who was disrespectful to the owner after the owner asked her to put her mask on. She snapped back with attitude about the township doesn’t have a policy and how stupid it was to be asked to wear one. She continued in ranting and making a scene. I stepped in and told her she was rude and disrespectful but she continued. I told her I would throw her out if this was my spa. The owner was very polite and gracious to her throughout her rant just telling her to please put the mask on. It must be really challenging to have to go through this every day and deal with customers who don’t want to comply. As a customer here I appreciate keeping everyone safe. Update: haven’t had a problem since my second trip. I think that visit was complicated by the young girl taking names and checking people in who was exceedingly rude. I haven’t seen her since and the last 2-3 time have been excellent.
First time was great. Second time less great than the first. We’ll go a third and decide if the inconsistency is the norm.

Elise is a great mani pedi salon, it's clean, bright, and very spacious. Feeling safe and comfortable during the pandemic while getting a mani pedi was important me...they go above and beyond making customers feel comfortable....masks, hand washing, shields, clean bathrooms etc. The staff are all quiet, polite and good. Alexa, the manager is my personal favorite for my services...I think she is the very best! My family members have used everyone in the place and have only wonderful thingsto say.....the best!Services: Gel manicures

I was getting mani/pedi for vacation. They suggested a nail polish and I said ok. They failed to Mention that they charge an additional $20To use that polish ? but that’s not the worst part; I am 99.9% positive I caught Covid in this salon. They don’t require masks and they let a woman in who was coughing all over everybody. I put on my mask and moved as far away as possible and left as quickly as I could but the damage was done. I’m sure that evil woman infected everybody in there. So now I’m stuck quarantining in another country at my expense. Literally avoid this salon like the plague.Service: Manicures

My fave place to go!!! I've been coming here for years and LOVE it. The staff are all professional and friendly. Facilities are always immaculate. Alexa in particular is amazing and goes out of her way to provide good customer service. I got a gel manicure 3 weeks ago and they're still perfect (except for being so grown out oops!). I have traveled, swam in the ocean, and used cleaning products with these nails and they're still in perfect condition. No chips or discoloration at all!! Large variety of color choices for all types of polish's.

Elise Spa and Nails clearly is among the best places I've ever been. It is very well run by Alexa and the staff is universally professional, well-trained and friendly. The facility is decorated very nicely, comfortable and always immaculate. Now, it is the only place I go.Services: Pedicures
