“Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Easy, quick, and quality service. We found an old vhs tape of my late grandmother who had recently passed away-I was searching for ways to convert it and stumbled on Zim’s. I gave it to Mike Tuesday night and it was ready by the next day. I received a USB drive, my old tape, and instructions on how to use the flash drive. Mike really thought of everything to make this the smoothest experience for his customers. I’ll definitely be coming back when I find more tapes”

“As a regular there to pick up a course of things when I run out of groceries and can't go immediately. The family that owns the place are always nice and I never had a bad experience with the employees there. As for some of the comments I read, if you buy a expired drink or beverage that's your own fault not the employees almost everytime I go there I see those on staff are regularly stocking the shelves and freezer items just make sure to check the date before buying the items it's not that hard people. As for cash being stolen I've never experienced that too but from what I can say as a former cashier the register sometimes glitches out they regularly update the systems at night around 12 am due to these bugs in the system. Before leaving the counter make sure to check your receipt Incase the register did glitch and overcharge you.”
