Purchased my bike here and have gotten my bike serviced here. Staff were extremely helpful and did a wonderful fit on the bike. They worked with me to find a frame and seat that worked for me.

tl;dr Cycles BiKyle has extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff (especially the owner Kyle), and they work hard to meet your bicycle needs. 100% recommend!I first reached out to Cycles BiKyle (CBK) looking around for a Bianchi Via Nirone 7 with Shimano 105 gearing (Nirone 105). When I first reached out, they let me know they didn't have any in stock but were looking to get more in the near future. With that said, they invited me in for a completely free sizing session with Kyle, the owner of the shop.Expecting a bit of a sales pitch to buy some other bike, I went to the sizing session and had the best hour of talking to a cycling expert I've ever had. Kyle is not only extremely knowledgeable about all things cycling, he talked with me about my goals for cycling to get a better understanding of what might suit my needs best and agreed that my idea of a Nirone 105 was solid.Keep in mind - CBK didn't have any Nirone 105's in stock at the time, so in the following weeks, we stayed in touch over email and they sent me updates about their hunt for Nirone 105's (without disc brakes, and in celeste). Although it originally seemed like they might not have been able to acquire one and I might've had to get a disc brake version, they kept working with the Bianchi national sales rep to get a Nirone 105 without disc brakes in celeste for me. After a few weeks, they finally sent me confirmation they were getting the bike! :DThey then set up a session with me and one of the bike shop's regular staff to make sure the fit of the bike was right (Kyle took about 50 measurements in that first sessions, so they tailored the bike build to my exact size), and when I say it's perfect, I mean it is PERFECT. I've never felt so comfortable on a bike.In that session, they let me know I should bring the bike back in about a month for a (free-of-charge) tune-up to sort out any new-bike quirks.I've been to a bunch of other bike shops in the Allentown/Philly area for bike tune-ups and purchases over time, but Cycles BiKyle far surpasses the rest in every aspect. I couldn't be more happy with the experience and my purchase. Thank you to the CBK staff, and I hope you (the Google Reviews reader) will consider going to CBK! It'll be well worth your time :D

Alex and Nolan are the best mechanics around. Shop rides Tuesday and Thursday nights are a blast and great rides, and the after ride beer is always cold!

They just did a bike rebuild for me. Had it sent out to be painted and then they put it back together. Great shop. Did a great job and very knowledgeable . Only wish they were in New Jersey!

Purchased a Chorus group from them, and it couldn't have been easier or more pleasant. Clear, quick communications via phone + email. Full group *in stock* (imagine that in 2021) and competitively priced. Everything was set aside when I came by for pickup, exact specs I wanted, and everyone working was warm and friendly. Hands down the best bike shop on the Main Line. Having lived in a bunch of places in the East coast, I’d also say one of absolute the best shops in the country. Amazing service with top notch knowledge, without any of the pretentiousness that comes with high end bikes. Make this your spot for a bike purchase, service or anything else you need.

Great shopping experience at Cycles BiKyle. We’re so happy to have found it. Their methodology, experience, knowledge, and many hours they’ve spent with us from selection to fitting to building the bike to picking it up put us at ease with our investment and very excited about getting back into cycling. Not to mention their second to none inventory which is so hard to find in the time of the pandemic. My only regret is not finding this place sooner. My advise stop wasting your time on other bike stores if you can get to Cycles BiKyle do it now!
