Okay I went to this Branch today. The staff there is much better than the one in broomall Pennsylvania Bank of America needs to train the broomall staff much better ,very poor managers there !!!

They really don’t have much knowledge needed to complete estate matters. Spent a lot of time to get no results. Went to another bank and had it handled with one visit.

Worst customer service. Every employee operates with no sense of urgency or competency. It takes me over a half hou to cash my check every time I go in. They obviously should know me by now but act they've never seen before and have to verify my signature on my check for about 20 minutes every week. As soon as I can move my business account I'm out✌️

We went there today, Sept 27 around 11:10 am wanting to open a checking account. We sat there waiting for someone to approach us, nobody came, so we walked out. This is not good customer service. You have lost two potential customers, but maybe you don’t care… that’s how I felt re your staff, they don’t care!… we could have brought in around $10,000… oh I forgot… they don’t care!

This place is horrible, the ATM here has been out of service 5 times I've tried to go in the past 2 or 3 weeks. They annoy you as you try to use the ATM when it is open and the thing works. When I make withdraws from the teller they hold my money hostage while they badger me with questions about using other services. Completely ridiculous..
