I've been a member for the last year and I love it! The trainers are friendly, encouraging and supportive, and I love that I can also go whenever works for me whether a trainer is there or not. It was a real challenge for me in the beginning, but I felt myself getting stronger and more cardiovascularly fit. I started off at twice a week, then three times, now I often go for times a week. I've lost fat and gained muscle and I'm excited to continue getting more fit as I continue in my 40s.

9Round is the best workout I’ve ever done in my 45 years as a gym rat. It is full body & I’m in better cardio shape in my 70’s than I was in my 40’s. Plus, this old man can through a mean left hook!?

This is a great place to burn your calories.After almost 5 moths there, I still find new workouts they invented every time I go there. You don't get bored.Rich and Emily are super friendly! encouraging you to take more challenges, reminding you when you're not showing up a little longer, etc.I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Been a member for about four months now. Excellent staff that is down to earth, easy to talk to and learn from, and highly motivating without making you feel judged. The workouts are fun but can also be tough, and that's the point! Have fun,work hard, and feel good about yourself with help from a group of great people!

9Round is an upbeat, fun, and supportive environment. The workouts are challenging and keep me interested because they change everyday. The trainers are attentive and encouraging. I would highly recommend 9Round to anyone looking to get in shape or let off some steam!

What a great workout! These 30min workouts are no joke, plus the convenience of being able to come whenever I want helps to keep me consistent. Working with Rich, Emily and their team has been an absolute joy. I highly recommend them!

Over the course of several months, I have appreciated the effect of short workouts. I used to train for 2-3 hours in sport clubs trying a little of everything and this would often lead to overtraining. My muscles would ache, I would feel weak and have to rest for several days having irregular training. Now I train more consistently and without long breaks. In half an hour, I expend enough energy to feel vigorous for the next 2-3 days and not feel tired. My blood pressure returned to normal, my sleep improved, my stamina increased and my efficiency increased. I started drinking significantly less coffee during the day to invigorate, because I get a good charge from the workout. Once I decided to go for a run in the park and was surprised how easy it was for me to get 3 miles at an average pace. I used to get very tired when running before. It's a pity that when I was a student, there were no such workout formats. Then I really missed such short workouts to shake up my body after long hard lessons. Now if I have a stress or bad mood I go to workout. It really helps me. I highly recommended 9Round Bryn Mawr.

I saw 9Round as I was driving by one day, and I am so glad I went home to google it. In the month and a week since I've become a member, I've seen a distinct change in how I look and feel. As an active, young adult during quarantine, I can truly say 9Round saved my psyche. I was beginning to feel lost without being in my gym, and 9Round brought me right back to feeling good and looking good. I cannot say enough great things about Al and Coach K. They are some of the most genuine people I've met in the fitness industry. Every day, they have a smile on their face, and motivate me to want to do better and be better physically and mentally. I cannot say enough good things about the workout either. 30 mins a day is so incredibly ideal. Even when I'm not feeling up for it, I know that it's just 30 mins compared to an hour or so for other classes, and I will feel better afterwards. The workout is different every day, as well, which I think is so awesome and helpful toward my goals. It's a great mix of cardio, weight lifting, and using your own body weight. I cannot recommend it enough. 10/10!!

To begin I love how effective it is in just a half hour. I always walk away sweaty and feeling accomplished. The mix between cardio, ab workouts, and kick boxing, and switching it up everyday makes me excited to workout and am never bored. Also the team at our Bryn Mawr location is so amazing. Al makes me laugh and smile and even my most dreaded workouts are fun because he is just such a bright and kind personality.

For a great workout, hard sweat, and learning how to throw a proper hook 9rounds is your home. Alan is the consummate professional that puts you to work but is also patient. Highly recommended for beginners and gym rats alike.
