I worked with Todd as my trainer for about 7 months. I came in without much experience doing weight training or other types of gym exercises. Todd taught me many different types of strength and core exercises and helped me get confident using weights. Because of his help, I now enjoy weight training, and working out has become a key part of my week. Highly recommend working with him!

Todd takes a very active interest in your fitness experience. He explains in detail the reasoning behind the exercises you do and what you’re going to work on while doing them. Before training with Todd, I was very uncomfortable with going to the gym, however, working with him gave me the strength and confidence to be able to go whenever I wanted to. Highly recommend!

Todd is extremely patient with the people he works with. He makes sure you understand how to activate the correct muscle groups and why your should be using them. Great experience and very capable trainer.

Todd is hands down one of the best trainers I’ve ever worked with. He’s patient and knows how much to push you without overdoing it. I need to be pushed in my workouts, and he pushed just enough. Helps you to meet your personal goals. 10/10 would recommend!

I was really impressed by this Main Line personal training facility. There are many personal trainers, wellness coaches, and yoga instructors that I can choose from and work with. I was athletic a long time ago, and feel confident that the management team at LPE Fitness is helping me get back into great shape! Great training facility, too!

Todd has been just great and exactly what our family was looking for in a trainer! He's knowledgeable and flexible. My son really likes his workouts and he's learning so much! Especially great to have a trainer who doesn't hesitate to take the workout outside of the gym!

Great facility! Super clean, new equipment, lots of options for me here. All the trainers here are really very creative at their program design and have years of experience to show for it. I'm a big fan of there monthly challenges that help keep me on track with my goals. I've always preferred the smaller gym environments over the big box facilities. This is the gem of the Main Line when it comes to fitness. Highly recommend this place!

At age 63 I'm on the best shape of my life thanks to Todd and his great personified workouts. I like the fact that every few sessions he changes the training so I never get bored. Always prepared with a game plan for each session. If you're looking for a personal trainer this man is it.
