Everything I went to shop for out of stock. The lines at checkout are so long. This is the worst store. I can go to the Brownsville store. It's clean Everything is in stock and no lines at the registers. Belle Vernon store is a dump.

No one is ever there to pick up the phone workers don't know what the hell they're talking about this place is no help at all and the prices are higher than others also their food is weighed wrong

Yesterday , I sent my mom to pharmacy for pen needles. She asked the pharmacy tech for pen needles, paid for them. I opened the bag today and they are syringes. I went back to the pharmacy today with the receipt and the needles and was told they cannot be returned. Nothing on the receipt says diabetes supplies cannot be returned.The pharmacy tech didn’t remember selling her the needles or asking her which she needed, however, the pharmacist said to her, did you ask her which she needed and she didn’t remember. We both said it’s not my fault, what do I do with these when I have a pen? I asked for pen needles. The pharmacist apologized, however it doesn’t help me. All I can say is check your stuff and that pharmacy tech. And it was not Shawn…..he’s smart.

Reviews from 5 years ago are no longer relevant to this store. Every front-end associate is rude. The distorted facial expressions, judgmental head shakes, and general lack of compassion for their community is astounding, and above all, disturbing. I’ve never been treated worse by a multitude of staff before. Not only has this been an ongoing issue for 2 years, it only seems to haven gotten worse the more I’ve shopped here and I’m very disappointed to call this my local store. Please review your staff and express how important being respectful towards the community is during their shift as it is a “customer service” job. You would think people working there for 10+ years would have that down pat by now.

The woman at Customer Service was beyond rude and not helpful by any means. Going in there and getting the treatment I got today reminds me why I do Walmart delivery. People wonder why everything is automated now...well it's because no one wants to deal with rude workers. I've worked almost my entire adult life in retail and there's no reason to treat people so poorly.
