Bought a 2019 dodge charger a while ago, and routinely got it serviced here due to the Mopar warranty I purchased. Overall, I have had an exceptionally terrible experience with this place and its people.
#1. I purchased this vehicle from sales rep Nick Connor’s. Extended warranty and all. He promised to throw in a tube of touch of paint, and an extra key fob since they only gave me one. Upon months and over a year of trying to follow up, absolute ghost silence and no follow back from Nick Connor. Working in a service/sales industry myself, I understand your word is all you have, and not being able to fulfill what you say, just to try to close a sale is disingenuous, and a testament to character.
#2 Doing my services here, I went and got an inspection, tire rotation, oil/filter, ect. Every 10k miles so that I fit my warranty guidelines and my car is kept well. Never noticed any problems, except one day I heard a lot of grinding within my wheels ( couple months after my 10k service.) I went to the nearest place to my hometown to check it out, NOT solomons dodge jeep ram, and I was show that I need new rotors, tires were 0 tread, and needed brakes too. They were mindblown and showed me all of the parts and damage and everything, absolutely unacceptable that this could all happen a few months after a full encompassing 10k miles tune up. I was given 0 feedback about my rotors or tires or brakes when I went to the solomons location.
Never ever will buy a car or come back to this location ever again. First time car buying experience, standards were set at rock bottom. I was respectful, genuine, and an easy customer to work with. No promises were kept! Go elsewhere.

Nick the salesman was super nice and not pushy. He allowed me to make up my own mind with no pressure. The finance agent was also very friendly and explained the details of the transaction. Both of them were easy to work with and I would definitely recommend Solomon’s for your new car purchase.

I want to express my sincere gratitude for this dealership. I worked with Joyce and she was kind, Empathetic, and trustworthy. I broke down and had to have my van towed to this dealership. They did an outstanding job getting the transmission and putting it all together in a timely manner that allowd me to finish out the trip that I was going on. I believe the techs name was Eric And I feel so confident in their work. Thank you, Joyce and Eric for helping me continue on my journey to Lake superior Canada. I wish I had you two in Va Beach!

Can't believe all these positive reviews. Must be friend or family. I'll just say if u want to give ur vehicle away for nothing go here. Can't believe they gave up 30900 cash for 3000 in extra trade allowance I was asking for. So if I like playing the ole car buying game go here. If not go elsewhere. You decide. I did.
