This is BY FAR the WORST sheetz store I’ve ever been to. I recently relocated from Utown to Bville and this sheetz is HORRIBLE!! Customer service is terrible. The employees act like you are bothering them or they are irritated to be there, the service is unbelievably slow even if you order a half hour ahead of time with a specified pick up time. I will never be returning to this sheetz again as it has happened multiple times but the first few I just chalked it up to bad timing etc. but no it’s not bad timing it’s the entire management team and the way this store is ran. HORRIBLY

Honestly I don't think I'll be going here again unless I absolutely have to! They all know very well that there are a ton of college kids from cal u that come to this sheetz. Especially around 1 am! I have ordered food around 1: 30am Sunday morning and didn't get it until 3am! Then when I call customer service to complain they hung up on me!!! All I ordered was a half sub and pretzel! I said forget it and go to taco bell now because I can get like 10 items for $14. Instead of 2 items for $15!!! I'm just sick of this location ? I go to Canonsburg almost every night cause I work close to there and NEVER have the problems that I do at store #670!!! Waste of time and $$$

It takes 10 mins in between each order and everybody said they didn’t order much, a girl I heard said she got mozzarella sticks ONLY and she was waiting almost two hours. Ridiculous if you know it’s going to be long keep telling folks an hour shut the store down on orders til you catch up.

Waited over an hour and half for 3 mto items, just for there to be 10 orders still before my order. This store is a complete joke.

Workers are working very slow to get people's orders out and they don't care I waited for an hour for my food and it still didt come out I don't recommend this sheetz

Stopped for gas and restrooms. 1pm no paper towels, no toilet paper. Stopped back at 5 pm still no paper towels but did have toilet paper. Handicap seat has been loose for weeks. Guess it's to much trouble to fasten two bolts.

Watched employee take 2 orders while my food sat in window... grabbed me my order and was cold claimed busy. wont return. horrendous service.

Don’t recommend going to this sheetz at all! I stopped by to grab a bottle of wine & the cashier KARA let 6 people go in front of me because I had wine & then scanned somebody’s pack of cigarettes. I asked what the difference was because you have to be 21 for both & I was left with silence & blank stares from 3 employees. I felt highly discriminated against & I will be making a complaint to the higher ups of sheetz’s & they will no longer have my business!

I stop at this Sheetz almost everyday, good people, supervisors Kane and Karen are super friendly, Azaria, Mack, Shannon, wonderful staff! I never had any issues, and the beer cooler is always stocked and the food is fantastic!
