Cool place to see, would be nice if Google maps could get the correct hours of operations.

I just did a walk around the castle as it was not open yet. Reminds me more of a French Chateau than a actual castle. Nemacolin is supposed to be the third largest castle in the USA.Close by parking could be tricky when busy. There's a fantastic view of the Monongahela River valley below.

I grew up only a few minutes away and used to go here at least twice a year for over a decade. The history is fascinating along with gorgeous architecture. The price is still quite reasonable too.
