“I have been a customer of this bank location for 25 years. I have always had good service but it wasn’t until Michael started working there did I look forward to physically going into the bank. He knew my name and greeted me and everyone in line personally, regardless of how busy he was. He’s extremely intuitive and knows what I need before I do. It is that sort of personal attention and customer service that is missed in current online or remote locations. He’s the most genuine person I know.”
“I have been a member at this bank for a few years. I have my mortgage through them. Also most recently I refinanced 2 motorcycles and my truck through them. The process was extremely easy and beneficial. Tina was very accommodating and professional. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She was nothing short of professional, flexible, and prompt. They have a text program which makes for an easy process while I was at work or busy during my days. I'm also in the process of switching to them for my primary checking account. I would highly recommend this bank. They are always pleasant and professional!”

“One of the best banks around.! Great customer service.! Friendly faces, all around 10 stars.! Wouldn't bank anywhere else if they had branches (in more locations usa wide) like citizen or Huntingdon. I hate Pnc bank. Community in belle vernon is the best for local bank hands down.!!!”
“Pretty decent bank only had occasional issues. However corporate itself when having to be transfered and its practices are abysmal. I do not reccomend Community Bank due to corporate”
