They were punctual, pleasant, mindful of our home and happy to help with any questions we had.
They took the time to ensure all inlets, outlets, pipes and drains were functioning as expected and gave a tutorial after installation was complete.

Great customer experience having my dishwasher replaced this week by Nevin H. from Martin Appliance - got a call the day before and morning of to confirm timing, the appointment was on time, and Nevin was very professional, efficient, courteous, and kindly took time to explain all the features and answer all questions. Everything is working great and you can tell it is a job taken seriously and done well.

Walked in this past Monday and spoke with Tim. Said sir, I need a washer. I don't want fancy. Just simple. I didnt need it to beep or sing or cook me dinner. He showed me a GE and that was the winner right off the bat.I appreciate that he listened to exactly what I needed and didnt try and upsell. True salesman right there. Paid and arranged delivery for today (Friday). Paul and Rylan were here first thing this am and I'm already catching up on the always never done loads of laundry. Top notch sales, top notch install. 5 stars all around. Highly recommend. And will return should I need another major appliance.
