“On Friday July 26th,2024 I went to Zayne auto services because my car had an exhaust leak and I also needed to get a motor & transmission oil change.... Zayne was a true good & honest person, he and his Secretary Were real nice and Courteous..... Zayne is real cool person, he went above and beyond and even stayed way pass business hours when it came to fixing my car.... my car no longer makes the noises it was making when it had the exhaust leak and it's no longer wasting alot of gas... I'm super content with the work that was done to my car.... I'm really happy with the services that I received and I'll be going back to soon with my car to get something else fixed...... “I had two relatively new tires on the passenger side of my car that suddenly weren’t holding air. I thought maybe I had hit a curb at some point and damaged the tires, or worse, bent my rims. I took my car to Goods and, lo and behold, they found a nail in each tire. A lot of garages would have tried to sell me two new tires, but Goods patched the holes and got me out the door for less than a hundred bucks. Appreciate it!”
“They serviced our work truck and did a very great job. They communicated very well and had the job done in just a few days being that parts and other items had to be ordered which can be out of their control in which items they do or don't have in stock. Would definitely recommend Mavis discount tire! Management is great and never had an issues what so ever with staff. Will definitely be returning even for our personal vehicles.”

“I visited Lancaster Toyota several times in the process of purchasing my car and I never felt "sales-pitched" or hassled into anything I didn't want. My product specialist, Andrew, was knowledgeable and patient in answering any questions I had. Once in the finance office, I worked with Reuben, who gave me information about the Toyota Extra Care warrantee, and said he would tell me about the other four extra warrantees if I wanted him to. There was no pressure to get anything. I asked if I could take the information home to read and think about and he said that was fine. He wouldn't be calling me, but I should call him back only if I wanted to purchase the warrantee. I found everyone I worked with to be both professional and helpful.”

I spoke with Tanner on a Friday and they were able to start the repairs on a Monday and finished them on a Tuesday. “I have considered switching to another garage for some time as the one I was going to was just too far & limited in their availability to make it work as a busy & working individual.
After my experience at T&A Automotive, I will be switching to this garage for all my future automotive needs for maintenance and repairs.
About a month ago, my check engine light came on. I didn’t take it in right away because I honestly didn’t have the time or money to look further into it. A few weeks later, I noticed my engine was running hot each time I was driving it. My check engine light had gone on and off in between so I wasn’t sure if it was one of those “old car issues” where something was going wrong but wasn’t critical or not. (For reference, my car is almost 20 years old)
Understandably so, my car decided that it WAS a critical issue and started smoking one day while I was driving to work. I just made it to work safely when my engine shut off.
I started calling a few garages in the area that weren’t going to cost me an arm and a leg to tow my now-overheated car to. I strongly recommend anyone to check their car insurance for towing policies as I was able to get mine towed for free! (Thanks Root!)
I cold called T&A Automotive the same day and connected with Angel, who worked with me to start figuring out what was going on. He mentioned that he could aim to look at my vehicle later that afternoon or early next day. I had to drop off my registration & insurance later after work since I took it out of my car before it was towed. Angel had already taken a look at my car at that point and stated that my head gasket had failed and my radiator had cracked. He even took a few minutes to show me where the radiator cracked and talked me through what happened in my system to cause a failure. It was a great learning experience to help build my knowledge.
Compounded with stress after that day, I asked Angel to give me an estimate. He called me the next day to give me an estimate and when I called back, I asked for a work order in order to proceed. Angel quickly sent me a work order while we were on the phone and even walked me through each of the charges for all the line items. It made me feel better knowing what exactly I would be paying for, and knowing how the repair was going to be completed & prevent future damage.
The turnaround time was about a week, start to finish, due to the level of work associated with the repair & the built-in time for sending the head out for resurfacing (which was included in the estimate and something I never considered for the repair). Angel called me when the work was completed & gave me a receipt for the payment. Since my oil was still good from my last oil change, he took the cost off the invoice & even noted that he was able to fix my HVAC system by cleaning the connections to my engine & replacing a part (which had been not working for about 6 months but wasn’t essential to me —- having a car is expensive!! ??) as the part of changing out the head gasket is checking the connections to the engine.
I was FLOORED because I had only asked for an estimate on getting it repaired when he called earlier after my car was read and asked if I knew it wasn’t working. It didn’t even add anything to my work order and actually came in under the quoted amount!!!!
The level of quality and customer service is five stars and I greatly appreciate Angel for kindly walking me through the whole process with professionalism and respect. He noted that I can also drop my car off before work and they can give me a ride to work since it is not too out of the way, which is AMAZING as convenience is part of the reason I have put off the work so much.
They were even kind enough to quickly mail back my registration & insurance after I accidentally left it behind!!!!

“M & R saved me! I'm from out of town and the weird 5 point intersection in front of the shop was overgrown with weeds. In the middle of a turn, another car was flying down one of the other points and looked like they weren't going to stop. I braked, lost sight of the end of the curb, and slammed the edge hard enough to rip open one tire and damage another.
Luckily, M&R was literally right there. I walked over, saw Meredith, and explained the situation. She looked at my wheels immediately and took me back to the service center. They texted me a quote within 10 minutes, and were kind, courteous and honest, and had new tires on within a few hours. If it had to happen, I'm so glad it happened right in front of M & R!”
