They sat me down properly, meadured my foot, ptoped my need, then went zo back room and brought me three different shoes in that siz3. Each shoe was perfect and i purchased on that i just love. I bought the stylish Birkenstocks for my daughter in law. She’s been wanting them for a while now and was so excited to receive them as a gift. She put them on immediately and said they are sooo comfortable and it looks so nice!

I generally write excellent reviews because I love small businesses and their owners. In this case, I need to call out the poor response to the 3-month sole failure of expensive Birkenstocks shoes. It was bad on many levels (excuses and accusations) and ended when we were offered a mere 10% off our next purchase. We just bought new Birkenstocks sandals, but it was NOT from this store.

I was thrilled to discover Walking Depot, an authorized Birkenstock seller. I had been searching high and low for the Birkenstock Soft Footbed Arizona Sandals in the fuchsia tulip colorway and randomly came across Walking Depot, which had the sold-out shoe in stock. I ordered a pair and it arrived two days later, without even having to pay extra for shipping. I'll definitely be shopping there in the future!

Me and my friend were walking around the store not disrupting anything and the owner KICKED US OUT. We did nothing, nothing, she just kicked us out then filmed us without our consent. She blew my friend a kiss and you could argue that is pedophilia. Just because we are kids doesn't mean we can't purchase shoes for ourselves. This is embarrassing.
