Avoid this post office at all costs! The workers are extremely aggressive and rude. Yelled at an 80 year old woman right in front of me. Will be reporting.

The postal service in Broomall is a joke! Everyday we get other people’s mail. And everyday we are missing mail that neighbors from all over are kind enough to drop off to us. This guy has no idea what he is doing. Putting mail in the box, taking it back out again. He pays no attention to the addresses. We haven’t got important tax forms (lost) Bills (lost) We are extremely close to just stopping all mail and putting a hold on it and picking it up ourselves. What a disgrace

A tad annoyed. Firstly, why was I asked what's being shipped, just because the package is light, is it because I'm young so I'm being profiled and they assume it's drugs or something? Unprofessional. It's a small flat rate box, DO YOUR JOB. I then have to ininform, it's jewelry inside, which I did not want to disclose. It's then insisted I get insurance and of the value ($600 overall, which it includes $100 so only $500 should've been added) now what I wanted to pay is doubled and some ($22.65). I then think, hmm, how could I prove what's inside is what it is and it's real, at that. The answer is, I really can't and if the package got lost, I would still be screwed, stuck dealing with folks that really don't care one way or another. Essentially I got scammed out of $12.25. $22.65 to ship something that weighs less than an ounce. I will not be going back here (not that any of them care at all, I'd highly recommend using private because they actually have to care or it's their job on the line). I have shipped full blown guns with less of a hassle at UPS. DONE WITH USPS! Thanks Joe ?

If you walk in and see an old fellow named Joe at the window, do yourself a favor and find another post office (Newtown Square, Springfield, and Havertown are a few minutes away). Joe is the archetype of a bureaucrat who will use the little power he has to make your day a bit worse. He will rudely insist on following his arbitrary procedures; reminiscent of the "Soup Nazi" from Seinfeld. The first time this occurred I thought I had caught him on a bad day. Then this behavior repeated several times over the years to the point I avoid this post office. Today I went in to send my taxes, thinking foolishly that Joe had changed his ways. I left after 30 seconds of dealing with his behavior. The reputation of the postal service as surly incompetents comes from people like Joe. It's near impossible to fire government employees, but it would be great if the local postmaster reminded him he could retire.

The middle aged guy that's always there is always miserable. He has manners to match.

Was told by the clerk (not in a polite manner) that he needed to check my prepaid package to ensure the weight was correct or "it would get sent right back to me." As a reseller, I ensure the weight of my package is always accurate. He also expressed annoyance that I dropped off the package at the end of the counter and said I couldnt do that because he needed to scan it in. Whats the point of prepaying if I have to stand in line and wait for you to scan it? Ive dropped packages off at the same spot at the counter for weeks, and nothings been said, but I guess apparently TODAY the procedure changes? And then his sassy little remark at the end about how nothing has changed and these are "THE RULES" lol ok.

The worst customer service I have ever had ! The two females that “assisted “ me today were rude and need serious training ! I will be driving the extra distance to Narberth, ,where I have gotten consistent terrific service from all employees for years!

Forces you to wear a mask when the employees don't wear them.
