I have never had a bad experience at Top Nails. However after my experience yesterday I’m very disappointed. I’ve been coming here for over 3 years. I went in for a regular pedicure and a Gel Manicure. The pedicure was fine. However the manicure was horrendous. She had never asked me how short or the shape i wanted for my nails. A consequence to this was her cutting it entirely to short to the point where I am in severe pain and the skin under the nail is exposed. There was polish al over the fingers and in my cuticles and the polish was bumpy and clumpy. I decided to speak up and tell a “manager” (sad excuse for one at that”) anyways she tried to fix it my filing it down EVEN MORE. and adding an extra coat of polish. This helped it to an extent I wish i took pictures of it before it was supposedly “fixed”. I went after and asked friends and family menders what they thought and they replied saying it looked like I had done my nails myself. So I called this morning asking for a refund and she told me she wanted me to come in again and show her my nails. Clearly this women does not understand the value of peoples time. I sat in the salon for over an hour and a half yesterday and was not willing to do it again today. So I told her i’d coming and show her how horrible the nails were and how much pain it was causing. She replied and said she wouldn’t give me a refund and said “I saw you’re nails yesterday they were not bad they were okay” So I guess moral of the story here everyone is that you shouldn’t go to “top nails” and expect the best just expect mediocre “not bad” nails. ????

Top Nails is the best! I always see V and she takes great care of me and my mom. Top Nails pricing is very reasonable, and they offer a wide range of services. Sonny and Jen run a great business, and they are very accommodating to their customers. Thanks for all you do, Top Nails team!

Top nail and spa has been one of my number one manicure and pedicure salon that I used to go unfortunately when I started working it was very difficult for me to get there so I made attempt to come and have a manicure and pedicure done I have no complain about my pedicure but as far as my manicure goes it was the worst manicure I ever had in that place within 48 hours then the nail polished start chipping off, also I was charged extra five dollars removal of the gel from my nail which wasn't done a good job my nail was half broke they didn't even bother putting glue on it I don't know what else to say this is not a kind of service I'm used to get from the salon I guess since the store manager wasn't there they just didn't care how they did the work but my nails look I had this manicure done over a week or two weeks ago .waisted money.

Horrible workers. Came here for the second time and they basically turned me down. One lady stated that there was an hour wait and when i insisted on waiting, the other lady that was staring at me from the moment I walked in stated no 2 hours in a very rude way, “No wait.” Asked to put my number down just so they can contact me when a spot is open and she said no.

This is my 1st time trying this nail salons, I probably won't return. My pedicure ended up getting messed up when I put my sneakers back on, so I don't know if it was too early, but I did get a nail refill. I showed them a picture, and I was told they didn't do that, but they did "something like that." I was not impressed, but I will keep it for a week, but I am DEFINITELY going back to looking for another nail salon.

I’ve been coming here for over a year now (after moving to the suburbs and trying many different places) and this is the only place that I trust and love! Everytime- I get exactly what I ask for- shape and color. They have great prices & are fast! Not to mention- if you chip any nail or anything- they’re amazing about fixing them! A lot of my friends come here as well… here are some pictures of my nails in the past!

The staffs at top nails are so good in what they do that I want to keep going back and back.They're friendly, kind and professional especially Emily, the staff that did my pedi and mani, she on top of her game that I can't wait to go back right after my vacation.Thumbs up guys! You're the best.

I used to love this place. Until I decided to get a pedicure the other day! Worst pedicure I ever experienced, my toes look horrible and the woman snatched MY cash off the table thinking it was her tip, didn’t say thank you, and walked away before I could even say that wasn’t her tip. I’m really disappointed. I didn’t see until now that on multiple nails the paint is hanging over onto the skin around it. Awful awful awful :( (a different girl did my manicure, that’s why the look way better)
