I spent almost an hour here, shopping for my disabled sisters children through the phone. I look up & see a guy with a suit & tie on. I felt he came out because I kept taking photos of the items. Now since when managers of clothing departments come out on the floor & began working. I was here yesterday & he wasn’t out there. It probably was because I was African American with loc’s.
