Amazing, sweet groomers here! My dog is 13 with arthritis and anxiety, and this was the most calm and happy he's ever been right after a grooming session, plus his haircut is adorable and well-done. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back for regular grooming.

World class groomers. Best in the Philadelphia area. I have a husky and no other groomers take care of all of my dogs cosmetic needs like Sit Stay Spa. By far the best around. The attention to detail and follow through is like no other facility. I wouldn't want to take my dog anywhere other than here to be groomed.

Truly outstanding experience. First time client. My 16 yo westie had only been groomed by one person so it was a big transition and it went as smooth as possible. I uploaded a picture and the groomed excellently. Professional, talented and efficient team. Thank you!

My dog shakes like a leaf around these people. They don't understand dogs. Unbelievable how unprofessional and cruel these people are to not only dogs, they don't know dog breeds, and they are running a terrible business. I was picking up my dog from his grooming service this afternoon, which they told me they couldn't complete for the third or fourth time, since one of the groomers that used to work there left, so I asked them for an adjustment in the price of the service they provided, since they did not do everything we were paying for, and not only was I met with aggressive language by the owner but was completely surrounded and accosted by her husband and he started yelling at me, standing behind me, which made me incredibly uneasy and uncomfortable. I'd just paid money for services they told me they didn't do after the fact and they wouldn't refund me or discount me. I'm still horrified by the experience.

My daughter recently spent a day here observing the staff as part of her junior initiative for high school.The owner, Marie, and all her staff are fabulous. The unit is quite small but offers adequate space for multiple dogs to be groomed at once. All dogs that my daughter witnessed during her day were very well taken care of, and they all left looking chique!Marie is incredibly personable and kind and offers pristine customer service. My daughter and I would highly recommend this location.Parking is quite limited.

I love to take my mini Long-hair dachshund to get washed, groomed and nails clipped. She looks so beautiful after she is done and her coat is shiny and smells wonderful. I can always trust in this spa that she is taken care of and spoiled. They use good quality hair products. The staff are professional groomers and they are very kind, dogs are gently cared for here.

shame on them.my dogs had been going to the broomall location since they opened,loved the staff and pricing was reasonable.just called to schedule an appointment at their new location.whoever answered the phone sounded like she'd rather be anyplace but there.after looking up my file she informed me that pricing for each dog would be in the range of $75 to $95 each dog. asked for a firm price and was told that she's not in charge of pricing. after years of paying $60 each for grooming I would now have to roll the dice as to what I would be charged on day of appointment.needless to say didn't schedule.DO BETTER

The location at Broomall was accessible even though there was zero parking and the grooming service was average, nothing special. Services also were utilized with mobile grooming. The relocation to Media with their shop presented a terrible location, no accessibility and the grooming remained average. Suddenly the pricing policy was astronomical and what appeared to be well over a 45% increase compared to every other groomer in the area. An economic decision the owner made but unacceptable to this customer so elsewhere we went. The change resulted in a higher level of professional grooming and the market rate price was industry standard, not 45 % higher. Business longevity and consumer loyalty is the key ingredient, not overpricing your product with average service and significant pricing. Good luck.

Totally disappointed in how they treated a loyal long time customer. Sprung a totally off the charts fee increase. Their new location provides very limited space when first entering, parking is terrible, and they lost one of their star groomers. They used to be “all that”, but not any more. So sad!

We have been getting our 3 dogs groomed here for years.The groomers have always been very kind and the dogs looked great. Unfortunately their pricing has skyrocketed without notice and people should be aware before they make appointments weeks in advance. They recently moved from Bromall to Media and the day before our appointment they left a message saying the rate for one dog will go from $70 to $120 which is a 70% increase and the other dogs rate was going from $65to $90 or 40%. This is an outrageous increase with no notice. We only took two of the dogs to see why the big increase. the new location is nothing special and the cuts were not even as good as in the past. Two dogs with tax were almost $200. It is just not worth it and we will no longer be using this groomer.
