Chris is so patient, honest, understanding and a truly amazing person who talks you through your needs and helps you find exactly what you need to get you set up right away no questions asked. If you are going to need a storage space and are not sure where to go, look no further because Chris at Metro Self Storage has got you covered. The entire business in general is amazing and it’s a 10/10 would recommend to fulfill your storage needs!”

“The check-in process was simple. You do not have to go in because everything can be done online. Upon arrival, I went into the office to get clarity on something and Stephanie was very helpful and professional.
You can access the gate from the app for entry and exit. Everything is convenient.
The units are slightly old and tattered, but they will do for what we need them for. Overall, I would recommend.”

“Joe Stringer from the King of Prussia, PA Henderson Road location was phenomenal to work with. I originally rented a 3’x3’ unit which, from the simulation online, gave me the impression that I could fit a one bedroom into it. When I got to the location, that wasn’t the case! It was the smallest thing I’ve ever seen. Nothing was going to fit in that. Joe was extremely instrumental in finding me a solution to fit my needs. He worked with me to get a unit that was the right size. In the end, I’m happy I got to work with Joe and I got exactly what I needed for my storage needs. Thank you and keep it up”

“We just opened a storage room in Upper Darby. Our meeting with the manager went smoothly, we got a nice clean unit, and they were able to accept an Amazon delivery on my behalf, which made setting up much better. Still awaiting the move itself. My only criticism is that there was a very annoying loud noise like a fan motor or something near my unit. Not sure what was causing it.”

“I rented a unit at Extra Space Storage in the Philly area for a full year, and it was a total win it’s clean and best rates in area.
The only minor hiccup was the elevators they’re a bit on the slow side but I never had any real issues or delays that caused problems. What really stood out was the top-notch communication; the team kept me updated every step of the way.
Shoutout to Kyle, who was incredibly helpful and made closing out my account quick and painless with no hassle”
“Super clean, well maintained facility. Loading docks are large. Moving equipment (hand trucks and flat carts) readily available. Location was easy to get to for large moving trucks - large parking lot for easily turning the truck around. Dumpsters on site to dispose of waste. Wawa and gas station right next door for some food/caffeine when needed. Friendly and helpful staff on-site as well. Well-lit corridors and loading dock. I wish it was free, but well worth the money.. stored my belongings for 18 months while we moved across country - my belongings were safe and climate controlled the whole time. Scheduled my final move-out with movers and was it stress-free from the storage side.
Not sure how they could make it better. 5 stars.”
“Well I was paying more for the unit but didn’t know so while I was paying for that unit Stacy one of the employees said …. U know u can get something bigger for what I paying now ? Not even knowing I needed more space but just couldn’t handle the storage rent .. I jump at the chance … he didn’t even know he was saving my life ..
& when I went to do the agreement he was there as well as Ms. Kim whom serenaded me with funny stories until another client came in where she helped immediately and then when she was done, came right back to me and showed me The attention and respect that I didn’t even know what,

I’ve been there for years and I’m not leaving until I get my home but just to have some stuff safe. I feel like even having my stuff still there would be a great idea. Reason Plus, it gives me a reason to just have some good old chitchat With the employees because no matter who you Who you talk to there’s always A friendly face! On a scale from one to 10 I definitely give them a 20..
So now I see I have never sent this review and she’s been sitting in my phone. The crazy thing is now I got another unit & Radford save my life again .. got a bigger unit for cheap . .. so now I have 2 unit for cheap . I’m like ok Radford ‘ but n my head I’m like …. ‘ LET HIM COOK … ‘ YALL Krazy not to grab a unit .. protect ur shit get wit my homies & them..”

“Storage places are NOT all the same. Mr. Storage in Havertown is terrific. Fair pricing, nice people, convenient hours, clean bright facility, and well located (not on a scrap of land somewhere that no one else wants!) Never a problem in my 9 years as a customer.”

Difficult and dishonesty! Careful with the “only phone call communication”, because they will tell you something and someone else tells you a completely different thing, I was told by phone and by the location manager that the rent is prorated if you put a 10 day notice in advance to move-out. I did give that note in advance and rushed myself to empty the storage, they didn’t refund me my remaining balance. Terrible customer service as well. The person who’s answering # ends with 0126 doesn’t seem to wanna hear or help you. If you can communicate by email it would be much better but they don’t have an email to communicate!!!”

“I rented a van from this location. I’m moving from Ohio and the move has been very long and very stressful. I rented from Wayne at the Primo’s location. I am legally blind, and Wayne made the process seamless from beginning to end. Even though I can’t see the documents, Wayne helped me to Read them all and sign everything efficiently and quickly. He made sure that I understood everything that all the different documents were saying. I rented a unit and I was putting my items in the unit I had forgotten to purchase a lock. Wayne ran back to the office, added a lock to my account and brought it to me at the unit really saving me a lot of time. I found the customer service to be flawless, efficient and incredibly friendly. The facility is spotless, clean and modern. Everything from beginning to end was perfect and I’m very grateful to Wayne for making my life just that much easier.”
