“Today I took a trip to this location to inquire about a store unit, originally I wasn’t even certain if I would find anything even accommodating to my needs but BOY OH BOY, after only a few minutes with Chris I felt more than reassured and ecstatic about what they could offer me and by the time I’d left I had already signed an agreement and had a unit secured. Chris is so patient, honest, understanding and a truly amazing person who talks you through your needs and helps you find exactly what you need to get you set up right away no questions asked. If you are going to need a storage space and are not sure where to go, look no further because Chris at Metro Self Storage has got you covered. The entire business in general is amazing and it’s a 10/10 would recommend to fulfill your storage needs!”

See what I like about this storage place it’s always a common face always a funny story to be heard or said and always Respectful and professional .
I’ve been there for years and I’m not leaving until I get my home but just to have some stuff safe. I feel like even having my stuff still there would be a great idea. Reason Plus, it gives me a reason to just have some good old chitchat With the employees because no matter who you Who you talk to there’s always A friendly face! On a scale from one to 10 I definitely give them a 20..
So now I see I have never sent this review and she’s been sitting in my phone. The crazy thing is now I got another unit & Radford save my life again .. got a bigger unit for cheap . .. so now I have 2 unit for cheap . I’m like ok Radford ‘ but n my head I’m like …. ‘ LET HIM COOK … ‘ YALL Krazy not to grab a unit .. protect ur shit get wit my homies & them..”
“I’ve had my unit for over a year, and this has been very convenient due to limited storage at home. The promotional rates do expire and rates increase gradually, so this is to be considered. Customer service is great, though; Aaliyah was so helpful addressing a concern I had, and made sure to resolve the issue very quickly. For anyone looking for storage in the area, I would recommend this location!”

“We just opened a storage room in Upper Darby. Our meeting with the manager went smoothly, we got a nice clean unit, and they were able to accept an Amazon delivery on my behalf, which made setting up much better. Still awaiting the move itself. My only criticism is that there was a very annoying loud noise like a fan motor or something near my unit. Not sure what was causing it.”

“Extra Space Storage at 1198 Belvoir Rd in Plymouth Meeting, PA goes the extra mile. Special shout out to Tim in the front office for always going above and beyond. My kids go to Villanova and we can’t always be there for move in and move out. Tim has always made sure they were well taken care of and helped them through a few obstacles. We had used other Extra Storage locations in the past, but this one is by far the best. It’s an extra 10 min drive but well worth it. Storage spaces are very clean. Access is super easy - no stairs and carts always available! Tim in the front office goes out of his way to help however he can. Highly recommended and will keep going back. A+”

He has even came from behind the desk, multiple times, just to help me park my boat and has helped me get it on my trailer. He is always accommodating and changing spaces has never been a problem.
He also told me about the senior discount, that I didn’t know about and no other employee has ever mentioned to me before. I highly recommend Life Storage.”
