I was struggling to find a used car at the beginning of the year but Route 3 Motors was local and convenient for me. I met Al and he was very generous with my decision process. He let me drive whichever car I liked how ever much I needed. Al was very persistent with his consideration for me and my decision. When I ended up buying the car about a week later he was concerned with the A/C and had already ordered the part to fix it. When the weather started warming and the A/C was needed Al was quick to fix it and even gave me a loaner car in the meantime. Thanks Al!!!

We got a good car at a fair price. Purchased a Toyota Camry, and have been pleased with it. Al does a great job providing a quality experience.

This people gave me the run around on a truck for 4000$ cash and a running truck in trade for a 05 f150 and gave me the impression that they are fair and understood the importance of this vehicle was too support my fam..they insured me there was a couple minor issues..ha! The trick last 2 days made it 60 miles .I never got the parts promised to me and the made no effort to offer me my old pickup back that's they put up for sale imeaditly! I never even received a title and there excuses amounted to giving me a complete run around . They only wanted me to bring back my truck that basically cost me 6000$ so only they whould work on it ! I'm almost certain they are looking to steal the truck back from me ..it's been 3 months no title and still in there name ..I was trying to give them time because I believed what there excuses but now taking it to the next step..I wouldent recommend them to anyone ! Just a hassle and not reliable or honest at all ...only 1 person was nice and curdious and she is daughter of the owner ..the rest have been very rude and stand offish ..don't buy anything from this buisness

This place is so bad my credit Union won’t do business with them anymore because Alan is so difficult to work with. Anything you get from here will need EXTENSIVE work to pass inspection. I can’t tell you how much I regret buying from them!

Staff was eager to find a sale without considering if it’s a good quality Match for me as customer. Felt talked down to as a woman walking in by myself just to look. Prices are cheap but cars are cheaper and will require tons more money in upkeep it seems. Staff was nice at face value but ingenuine, probably will be doing my shopping elsewhere.

Please don't be another person stuck with a lemon or someone else ls broke down car from here. I bought a BMW 328 XI from here the car had about 37,000 miles. I test drive it and it was fine. The guy was very rude and would not come down on the car even $500. Car car was for sale about $1200 over the going price. I ended up buying the car anyway because I liked it. 5 min after leaving the parking lot the car starts smoking from the motor and leaking oil. He would not let me take it to anywhere else to get fixed " only his guy " but I was happy he would have his guy fix it even though I feel like the car was 15 minutes old and he should have anyway. He had a attitude about it when I said I wanted to take it to BMW and said " look I'm stuck in a bad spot and have not sold a car in a while so if that don't work for you then SUE ME " I was like who says that to a customer!? His guy supposedly fixed the valve cover gasket and said it comes with a life time warranty... guess what... it lasted about to months and he won't return any of my calls to back up his work. His guy is a crook just like him. Now I've had this car for about a year and have had to have the valve cover gasket replaced again, all the spark plugs and coil packs replaced, the whole passenger side head light assembly replace ( electrical issue), the water pump replaced, the starter replaced and the actuator replaced because the AWD also broke. I'm now forced to sell this car. Honestly I think this guy is a crook, very selfish and don't care about anyone who buys these lemons from him because he will just tell you to sue him if there's a problem he don't want to fix. I don't know where he gets these cars from but I assume when you hear someone say " I had a transmission problem or etc. and the dealership didn't notice when I traded it in and now there stuck with it. " they sell to desperate dealerships like this them cars. Then they get half a** fixed for cheap as possible and then sold to hard working people who then get stuck with them. TRUST ME LOOK ELSE WHERE FOR YOUR NEXT USED CAR!

Buying a used car can be taking a chance, you never know what your going to get. Used car sales men are usually after making a quick buck and have you sign buy as is. I HIGHLY recommend route 3 auto sales. They stand by their word and genuinely care about their customers. I have bought two cars from Al and he stays on top of things and makes sure I get the best fit for my family. Buying a used car I won’t go anywhere else and I will always recommend when someone needs a car to go see Al at route 3. Being a mom of young kids is hard not to have a reliable car and you guys have been so good to me. Thank you !!!
