Terry, Jim and Joe are such fabulous people. They are god sent. I have been using their service for past 6 years and they have been always very fair, reasonably priced and superb workmanship. They are like second family to me. Terry has always been so helpful to accommodate me in emergency situations. Way to go. Jim and Terry were so responsive when our AC units both failed within a few weeks of each other. They offered options for replacement and were very affordable and so knowledgeable. Having them in the home felt like having friends over and we were completely comfortable having them work when we weren't home. They were even careful not to let the dogs out. Jim caused major damage to our home! The work was performed by subcontractors without our prior consent. Subcontractor forgot to turn off supply line to our toilet, which caused the water to flow back into our basement. This flooded our basement overnight damaging our floors, walls and built ins. Jim was both unresponsive and unprofessional. He refused to take responsibility for the flood despite his subcontractor's acknowledgement of the mistake. Please stay away!

Jim and Terry were extremely professional and helped get our soil pipe replaced after the iron cracked. The work was done quickly and cleanly and the coordination was very easy. Would definitely use their services in the future.

I inherited an old system that has been very temperamental the past few years. During the recent heatwave, the blower in my system wasn't working. I left a voicemail and entered a request for service online Saturday, June 6. Jim called me back about a half hour later to ask how he could help. He was on his way to the shore and upon hearing that my system was old, said that he wouldn't be able to get the necessary parts until Monday, but he was willing to talk me through trying something for the time being. He asked me to take pictures of the system, then talked me through unplugging a wire that would allow the blower to run continuously until they could come service it during the week. I could not be more appreciative of the extra time and effort Jim put forth to offer assistance and save me from unnecessary service charges.
