We live very close to the dealership. The fence behind the dealership was falling over. I called and spoke to the manager. He was very understanding and helpful. Within a couple of weeks, they changed the entire fence. They went over & beyond what needed to be done. Exceeded all my expectations. Thank you!

The only comment about the environment is when you walk in the showroom immediately someone rushes to you and wants to assign you to a sales person.

I'm not one to leave a review but this circumstance I feel is necessary. I had purchased a vehicle from another dealer back in February 2020. Everything seemed okay but shortly after the purchase, the vehicle lost power. Would not accelerate, no matter how much throttle it was given. It would rev up to 6000rpms before shifting most of the time. Brought it back numerous time to the place of sale to have corrected. Bought the ESP plan as well. The place never fixed it properly. Decided to bring it to Pacifico Marple and they had it diagnosed within 3 hours of my appointment!!! Not once did the other place mention what was fixed at this dealership. Called me the next day and the vehicle was ready. Now the vehicle operates and accelerates as designed. Will continue to use Pacifico Marple for now on. Thank you David and service department!!!

Shotty customer service. 4 calls in 2 weeks without a response. Only got an appointment because i asked to speak to a manager. Communication while my vehicle was in their possession was excellent. Vehicle pick up great and on time. Loaner was covered in pet hair. Had no idea where to return my loaner went to 3 different locations. 1 issue fixed, 1 part on backorder. Car was not washed. I wish Bergeys was closer. Always had red carpet, VIP treatment. I was really hoping I'd receive the same here. Was hoping to buy a new Lincoln from the new dealer, but with the service center as it is, i may choose elsewhere. Disappointed.
