So my grandmother and I went to check out the new pool and memberships and we were immediately told that they don’t give tours and that they had no papers or hand outs to give out. Then we were approached by a “manager” who was extremely rude and didn’t know anything about the club she was suppose to be marketing and continued to give excuses to why we couldn’t have a tour to see what we were potentially spending $600 on. As a business major this was a terrible first impression for any guest and I will not be joining with my children or family .

Ok place, I think they need to do a little better with keeping the leaves out the pool. The greeters should be a lil more friendly when entering & leaving the club, there seems to be a problem with having members names on the print out sheet.
