really sad to see Lou go! I took my car here but the new owner Dennis was not ready for it. He ignored any contact for months to the point I wasn’t sure the insurance company would still cover it. Thank God they did. At another shop. Hope he is better than that to others. And changes the name - Lou left such a legacy!

My 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport with 1500 miles on it was hit while parked outside a restaurant . I took the car to Lou Pace for repair. I can honestly say that I have never had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. They took the car in for repair immediately, performed the repairs and returned the vehicle in record time saving me from renting another car. Price was very reasonable ,workmanship perfect, and returned earlier than promised. I would highly recommend Lou Pace for all your cars bodywork. Thank You people of Lou Pace Auto Body !

We were amazed at the quality of work that Dennis and his crew did with our Toyota Camry. He told us to “trust” him and said he could fix the body work and guaranteed we would like it. Turned out we LOVED the results. Dennis is honest, trustworthy and a true craftsman. His pricing was fair and reasonable. If you need any body work on your vehicle, we highly recommend Lou Pace for the job!

Yay!! The team at Lou Pace fixed the door on my car that had been leaking. They re-aligned the door and cleaned up my old, trusty, Highlander! All for a very fair price. I am very happy, Definitely recommend this body shop. 5 stars.

Lou Pace Auto Body is the most honest shop in the area. I've had two cars repaired in the last 3 months - in both cases, the team did a fantastic job, the work was completed faster than promised that the price was completely fair. I highly recommend Lou Pace Auto Body to anyone who requires body work on their vehicle.

Would love to rate high, and realize I am in the minority...but I have to wonder what happened. I visited several weeks ago for an estimate for some minor damage. Received email of quote so I could share with neighbor who damaged my car. Replied back to confirm- then nothing. Several calls to leave voicemails and 3 emails and still nothing...crickets. Guess my job was too small to be bothered with...oh well. Seems like a nice guy, but being ignored kinda sucks. God bless.

Am so happy I used Lou Pace Autobody! Hit a tree stump, tree stump won. So needed to replace the quarter panel around the wheel/well. It's an old car, and only made for two years so I knew parts would be hard to find. Other mechanics I had sought out told me "no" because the car was too old. But when I called Lou he said "If there's a part out there, I will find it." And that was what I wanted to hear! He did the work and found the part and beautifully repaired the damage. It looks like it did pre-crash; the colour is a perfect match. And despite the part taking time to find/get, the repairs were quick. They checked for any other damage that wasn't visible from the outside. (Thankfully there wasn't any.) If you've an older vehicle, a classic car, or just looking for a trustworthy, reliable Auto Body Specialist, GO TO LOU PACE AUTOBODY!

This is the best and finest and friendly body shop I have ever been to, Lou is a wonderful blessed person spreading happiness to sick children and is here to help you with whatever you need. His son-in-law is the sweetest just like Lou. Caring , giving and sweet as the day is long. Their work is impeccable I will never go anywhere else since I moved to Broomall. Thanks to all the technicians that works at Lou's they are all top notch. Thank you all for everything you did on my Red Convertible VW.
