Painless! Diana helped me today, and if you’re ever nervous about getting blood work done, come here. She saw how afraid I was , she saw me crying and held me. I went there to have blood drawn 4 times in 3 hours for a test. Shalonda was AMAZING. She got it every single time on the first try and did not hurt me. I imagine it would have been really rough if it weren’t for her!
