“I typically don't visit this location but I am happy that I decided to stop in. As I entered I immediately was greeted by an associate, Will, and offered assistance. I was glad the store wasnt crowded and was helped with no wait time. I was showed a variety of phones and accessories. Will was very patient answering all of my questions. He seemed knowledgeable about many products. He helped me transfer info from my old phone to my new phone. He applied my screen protector and showed me some cool features on my new phone. Overall, I was very impressed and had a good experience.”

“This visit was not the best nor the worst. Went to upgrade two phones. It seems like I was bothering the young worker from being on her phone when I came in. It was the look, rolling of eyes, and lack of enthusiasm for her job that just did not sit right with me. In any event, I simply went to a different store and was able to upgrade with no issues”

“Iphone stopped charging, so I visited Boothwyn's T-Mobile, fully expecting to spend at least a $1,000. Julian looked at my phone, and knew exactly what the problem was. He took a paperclip and cleaned the bottom of it.I couldn't believe how much dirt he got out of it. He didn't charge me a dime.I know exactly where I'm going for ANY future cell phone issues! Julian's the best!!”

“Excellent customer service I appreciate it the not sure if he was a manager and wish I remembered his name but he helped me change my phone plan from Xfinity to a T-Mobile customer finally yes I’m saying finally lol it’s been a while and let me know what deals ya had offer in the store and make sure I had apple care on my iPhone and even though was in their for an hour because of Xfinity I enjoyed the conversations and had us laughing and love that he mentioned the T-Mobile Tuesdays I have been waiting on and now I finally can join every Tuesday for the discount look out lol but I appreciate it so much and glad to be a T-mobile customer!!!!!”

“Good, relatively-timely service by knowledgeable, kind staff. Convenient location, well-equipped, if not totally perfect due to street parking and lack of handicapped accessible entrance. Expect to wait a bit during peak business, but expect the wait to be worth it. Even if they don't have what you need in-store, they'll instruct you on how to order what you need, either to your home or to the store for pickup. Good experience on the whole.IMPORTANT COVID-19 NOTICE:Please be kind to and patient with all laborers working in service industries during this pandemic, and please wear a mask in public, especially inside! T-Mobile is fully open and operating, but masking up is still required.”

“My elderly mother had a billing issue and couldn't get through to telephone support so she went to the Verizon store to try to sort it out. The manager on duty was Rashid and he went above and beyond the call of duty to help my mother. He not only straightened out the issue, but helped my mom install the Verizon app so she could try to address any future issues through the app. Thank you Rashid for being so nice, so helpful. I wish I could have been there to help but its nice to know people like you are there to lend a hand to people in need of good old fashioned customer service.”

I decided to go the Verizon store in King of Prussia and the Manager Dionne greeted me at the door with a warm and friendly smile, and immediately address my needs. She is an asset to the company . “I came in today to add another phone to my prepaid account. Walk through the door and Lira immediately helped me out. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Got home and tried to migrate the phone to the account and hit the wall. Was on with a "live agent" or should I say agents ...& it was awful!! Came back to the store and Marcus got the job done! When we left the account was updated correctly and the new phone was ready to go! HIGHLY recommend the staff here! They are friendly, knowledgeable and so kind!!”

“Went here to get an apple watch added to our plan. We found Rob and his team to be friendly and helpful. Rob had a depth of experience on the current plans, promotions and equipment. We are grateful for their extra time and assistance provided in setting up our new watch. We observed Rob work with his teammates and we were impressed. We saw him diffuse an angry client, coach a new employee, and help another employee with proper account set-up. He had a calm and factual demeanor. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this store. *** UPDATE *** So we get our first bill and we were getting overcharged $200. Rob told us we were getting a promotion that actually had just expired. Corporate T-Mobile on the 611 number was VERY helpful and figured out how to fix the mistake. Their support is so great, all people here in the US. I'm going to keep the 5-STAR review even though I had to waste an hour of my life fixing their mistake... we all make mistakes, and it was an honest one.”
