They have their store hours to open at 9:30am however it’s 9:41 and no one is here yet. Very disappointing.

Absolutely terrible management. I’m appalled by the way they treat their customers with such disrespect and speaks so poorly of their customers assuming they don’t understand the language they are speaking..
I typically get acrylic nails and every time they put wayy too much acrylic on and my nails look so puffy! My most recent appointment they stabbed my finger and it started bleeding and the person doing my nails didn’t even say anything!
My friends and I were long time customers and after the last few visits we’ve decided to take our business elsewhere. There are so many better nail salons in the area and I would NEVER support a business that treats their customers with zero respect.

Free parking and they use quality acrylic and gel brands (purchased my own to have on standby just in case I can’t get an appointment here)! Nail shape and cover colors are always on trend.

When I tell you I'm NEVER disappointed Kenny & Ally are the greatest ❤️ the communication flows and I always get so many compliments on my nails it really adds positive vibes to my whole life.

I went in around the 27 of Dec to get m y eyebrows waxed at the time they seemed ok but a few days later I noticed they were to long and uneven.I didn't get a chance to get back to the salon.I was working 6 days .I went in today to ask them to fix them and he said it had been to long.He
would have to charge me again.I feel bc I all I wanted was them to fix the mistake they made.Very unprofessional owners.I have been a customer in the past but will never go back. Very unprofessional people to deal with.

Since my first visit months ago, I nails has become my go to place for mani and pedicure!!! Staff are simply terrific and they clearly like each other which certainly creates a positive, relaxing atmosphere! Love the massage chairs too!!!
Still a loyal fan/patron of Inails in
Broomall. Really nice and talented staff, very reasonable prices and very comfortable environment!!!!

I have been very happy at iNails. I made the switch from another nail place in Marple and could not be happier. I now go every two weeks and my nails are holding up great. I could probably go longer. I highly recommend.

Kenny did a great job on my nails and was so friendly! This salon was recommended by a coworker and they fit me in with 15 minutes notice. My nails look great and am very happy.

I'm so disappointed I got a polish change in my toes last Tuesday and literally the next day the were already chipping then my nails I got acrylics that usually last me a month 2 nails already fell off. I'm so sick of this
