Betsy was patient, friendly, professional, and super helpful when she came out to our home today! She explained so many things that I didn’t know before which makes things more functional for our family. I really appreciate all of her help today and look forward to working with her again in the future!

I have been a loyal customer since I bought my first home 10 years ago. I was always an early adopter of new technology and feel like I paid for it fairly over the years. Now that my most recent contract term is ending I am exploring my options and in doing so it seems that Guardian has decided profits are more important than keeping/maintaining happy customers. I don't want to switch but the pricing is no longer competitive and expecting me to be happy with paying $19/month more just to add 2 cameras to my system, a service that other carriers charge $5/month, is just crazy. On top of that is the equipment costs; how can you justify charging $350 for a camera that anyone can buy online for $200 and lets not forget the $75 install fee. In full disclosure the person I spoke to on the phone offered to waive the $75 fee and reduce the monthly by $2. It is still $11 more than the competition.

Betty came to my office @ 5430 N. 5th street Philadelphia PA 19120 to help with my cameras that wasn’t working. Having an auto tag business in the Olney area, I’m always busy and I didn’t even noticed the cameras wasn’t working. She knew what she was doing and she explained everything to me in ways for me to understand. Thank you Betty for all your help and making sure all my cameras working perfectly. The technician, whom I'm proud to say was a woman who did above and beyond the call of her duty. She explained to me everything that was going on with the panel for the alarm. She helped me set up my emergency code, one that I would remember. She also respected my home by putting covering over her feet before entering into the home. If ever I have a service issue again. I want Guardian to send her out. She deserves kudos today for a job well done. I am overalls please with everything she has done here today. I've been a faithful customer of Guardian Protection for well over 25 years, and in those 25 years she is the best technician out of all of them. I'm sad I forgot her name, but I want to say thank you and she deserves recognition today.
