“First time in a brick and mortar Amazon facility. Not shocked how impressed I was, from the greeter who explained how the store is layed out to the checkout process and why it's different. What's available for the customer including traditional grocery items while introducing items only otherwise found online.
By far the new, improved and totally tech saavy grocery carts that were designed with mega on the designers minds - biggest cart I've ever seen, plenty of well thought out convenience from versatile cup holders to the shelf built under the push bar to hold a backpack, purse or diaper bag and more! Kitchen sink anyone? Unfortunately they landed on the fully functional 10" tablet that scans/unscans items as you shop making the checkout process integrated withiut wasting anothrr minute in the holiday lines. It's not the walk-in,'walk-out idea with zero contact and auto billed an paid via ur Amazon account. What I saw today can only be described as smooth and helpful. I'll be back! Bonus....in-store only discounts and offers. Don't forget they also take returns,cshop in-store, shop from home, pick it up or have it delivered. Enjoy if this helps.”
“I love this location.It is on my way home from work.I am there 3-4 times a week.I do not love the deli though.When you have kiosk and not the deli interaction anymore.You come to pick up your order and this is the possibility in my picture.? Some workers need training or re-training. If you would not personally except what your giving me for me and my family.....DO NOT GIVE IT TO THE CUSTOMERS !!!!!!”
