First time customer, had positive experience with friendly, knowledgeable mechanics. Reasonably priced service and efficient turn around time. Downside, long wait for an appointment. Either I choose the wrong time to get service or it speaks to their popularity. Will know more on my return visit.

Gene's is honestly the best. I had always taken my car there when I had a Honda years ago. When I switched to a Subaru, I couldn't go to Gene's and I spent a decade with that car trying to find a trusted mechanic. I decided to go back to a Honda when I needed a new car and being able to return to Gene's was a significant factor in that decision.
Just one example of why they're a great, honest business: recently, my car needed an oil change desperately, so I just took it to the dealer nearest me out of last minute necessity. Their "pre-inspection checklist" showed that I needed new wiper blades and the quote was going to be $50 in labor to do so. I wasn't planning to go to the dealer for inspection, but that shocked me to see a labor quote so high for a very quick service. As planned, I took my car to Gene's today for inspection and they did not charge $50 for that. It may seem like a small example, but their integrity is top notch.
At this point, I'm wondering if my Subaru needed all of the work done to it over the years by other mechanics. Gene's has been a net savings to me when it comes to calculating the total cost of ownership of my car. They're worth every penny, and I wanted to write this review to give them a genuine thank you for being wonderful and for impeccable (mechanical and customer) service over the years. It is truly appreciated.

Honest friendly smart family run business. FYI, only services Honda Acura VW Audi. Use Uber when dropping off or picking up.

Came here w/o an appt before 9am due to a loose oil pan cover that was scraping against the pavement and they were able to repair it within 30 minutes and invoiced me very fairly. Would highly recommend to all VW/Audi and Honda/Acura drivers in the area!!

Genes is great and reasonable pricing. There is one guy there who clearly just hates women and thinks we’re all d*** but everyone else there is great and very helpful.

Great family owned business. Very friendly people with fair prices. I've only taken my car there a few times but will be going back - as long as I have a car in one of the four makes they service - VW, Audi, Honda and Acura.

The VW Guru. Went to have my brakes and rotors changed, not only was the price more than reasonable but they also checked my tires and topped off my oil. These guys are so nice and very knowledgeable about what they are doing. All around good people.
