WORST managed pharmacy and store of them all. It is Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and only the Pharmacist showed up for work. All of the techs called out. It took me 6 hours to get my prescription, which was sent in on Friday, because the pharmacist had to fill the scripts and do register/help customers at the same time. I’m disgusted that NO MANAGER or DISTRICT MANAGER came in to help this pharmacist. KUDOS to the pharmacist for sticking it out the whole day!
On top of which, only 2 store associates showed up for work. There were a total of 3 CVS employees in the whole store the whole day. Then, the associate who checked me out, literally threw my bag full of purchases at me when my transaction was done. Threw. It. At. Me! It’s not my fault nobody came into work….
Disgusted with top management down. HATE CVS!

CVS in Broomall must be under new management. They were always friendly and helpful but not anymore. Their customer service is terrible. They are condescending and obviously don't care about customers. I sat in the drive thru to pick up 3 prescriptions for 20 minutes before some ignorant woman got on the speaker and said the drive thru was closed and I would have to come inside.
When I asked why they didn't tell me 20 minutes ago or have a sign up stating the drive thru was closed, the woman repeated that the drive thru was closed and I would have to come inside to get my scripts. There were at least 2 cars behind me that had to put up with this nonsense.
She's not the only pharmacy employee who likes to talk down to people. Maybe CVS Broomall should focus more on customer service skills and less on being woke. I'll never shop there again because it's obvious they don't want my money.
If they did, they would treat customers with respect and not act ignorant and rude. Times are tough. Everything is expensive. It's bad enough I pay for inflation. I'm not paying for bad attitudes and disrespect.

Daniel store manager was an absolute disgust Was unable to successfully handle a simple refund transaction which was very unfortunate of him and for me because he's been reported to the highest bearing of CVSs HR department as far as how he conducted himself as the store manager.

We’ve had nothing but good experiences since we began using this pharmacy almost two years ago. They’ve helped us with our regular meds, our pet meds, and have saved us a lot of money recommending OTC alternatives. And… they’ve done it with a smile.

Terrible hiring managers, I called atleast 4 times talking about my application. First they said to call back when a hiring manager was in so i did, when I called back I was told I was going to get an email or a call and that they would set something up for me to come in for an interview. A couple days go by I have gotten nothing so I call back this morning and was told the spot isn’t open anymore and they have no hiring spots left, not appreciated at all to make me wait that long for nothing and waste my time with all the bs, very unprofessional!!

Not sure how long this has been going on, but I’ve been receiving coke in my Zoloft bottle for 4 months now from the main pharmacist….anyone else receiving it as well??? Most shadiest pharmacist I’ve ever been too. Where’s the DEA????

Never really expected this to be a problem, but I was profiled by what I assume to be a member of management up front.I had a few items that I recently purchased that I did not like or was not able to use, so I stopped by this store on the way home to see if it would be possible to make a return without a receipt due to the fact I had lost it. The first person who had tried to help me was immediately interrupted by again what I assume was the manager. Without even looking at the contents of the bag, she looked at me and told me this refund would not be possible. After I asked why, I was given what I would later find out from a conversation with 1-800-SHOP-CVS were completely bogus reasons. I was promptly told to leave the store after seemingly being made an example of. I have to assume one look at me was enough to determine that I had obtained the items illegitimately.I can honestly say I have never experienced a situation like this in my life. I'm unsure of what characteristic difference I was profiled by. Regardless, a situation like this is embarrassing and unfair.Be careful of who you let help you at this location.

There appears to no longer be rapid refill - computerized systems can't function to recognize scripts. Twice I had to refill in person using their staff. How about CVS actually hires people instead of overloading existing staff who do their best?

Horrible. If you go through the drive thru plan to wait extremely long. Call to find out why and get rude answers. Place sucks.

Had insect repellent sheets. Not cheap but nice they had something for their competition that Walmart and Home Depot did not have. Friendly staff.

Had a prescription written for me at a CVS Minute Clinic that had to be transferred to this location. I was told to give them an hour to fill it. I never received a notification that it was filled. The app kept showing as pending. Finally several hours later I called to find out it had in fact been filled. I went to the drive up pharmacy window because I have COVID and did not want to go in to the store if I am contagious. There was one car in front of me who took 15 minutes to get her order. After waiting, I pulled up to find the curtain closed at the window. I pushed the button for help and got a message that they were closed for lunch. Seriously! If you are going to not service someone who just waited in line for 15 minutes, you should PUT UP A SIGN that warns people of this no!!! When I called the store manager, he said he couldn’t help me I had to talk to the pharmacy and they would be back at 2:00. He also said they are locked up in the pharmacy area and he doesn’t have a key to it???? When I went back after the lunch break and talked to the pharmacist about it, she was obscenely rude and said I should know that they close for lunch at 1:30 because they do it everyday. I suggested if they aren’t going to service a car that has waited in line all that time they should put up a sign warning people of that. She said she has no idea if there is a sign she has never looked, because she is a pharmacist. She said I should call the number and hear the recoding that says the Lunch hour. I then had to wait in line again. Horrendous! Absolutely no care for customer service at all. Will NEVER step foot in here again. Oh…and great that you made me go in to the store with COVID instead of letting me go through the drive threw window. I tried to be safe, but you would not allow me.
