One of the most attentive business people I have ever dealt with. I wrote him an email at 7 AM and he responded by 7:05 twice! 100% recommend

I was told that my items were sold and I would receive a check. Nothing happened. Does anyone know if the Attorney General is aware of this situation? Does anyone have any answers to how to get your money back?

drove out to this place today and door was locked and looked like they moved out. another customer drove up and in talking to him, found out he left items to sell here in January and has not heard back. I tried calling and the number appears either broken because it went straight to a hang up sound.

I started taking items to Crazy Richard Oct.2022. Getting a good price and my items sell quickly. Richard and the staff are very friendly.

I've been trying to get money for items sold for months. Called the store many times, only spoke to a person once. Left messages all the other times. I was asking for my money or the return of items that I left there for sale. Finally got my check a few days ago. I deposited the check and it was returned with a $12 fee because there were no funds to cover the check!!!! I just called to tell them that I want my money and I want them them to give me the $12 the bank charged me for their no good check! I'm done with them once I get my money. I left several 45 RPM records with them, mostly Elvis and Beatles. When I spoke to a person, she said she couldn't find any accounting of what I left there. She said she'd call back but never did.

Be careful of these people. We brought in a number of items to this store to be put up. We were told that they don't call you when something sells, you need to call them and check. A month later I call and was told that they did not get the items up yet but were about to do it. Fast forward to 2 months later. I have called them 5 times. Each time I get no answer. I left messages and no response. I'm stating to think my items were stolen and they have no intention of paying me. AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COST!!!

Worst consignment experience ever!! They were unprofessional and misleading. Hard to track consigned goods because they don’t give consignment numbers (as other places do for easy reference); their website is horrible for consigned to track their items to see if anything sold. Took weeks to get an inventory list that was incomplete. Their communication stinks. Ended up picking up my items. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. NEVER AGAIN!!! (Don’t deserve any stars!!)

Stay away from this company.Crazy Richard finally sent a check after 4 months but shorted the check. The sold items he included amounted to $719. He paid me for $611.00 of sales shorting me more than $100 in sales. When he called I told him he forgot to pay me for 6 other sold items. He told me that people need to manually print out sales and place them in a folder. He has no computer program to collect the data.OTHER YELP REVIEWS ARE CORRECT. Richard will reduce and give away your merchandise. His staff accepted an offer and reduced a 6 piece set of Royal Doulton china 75% from $40 to $10. They sold 4 sets at $10 when the same pieces were selling on ebay for full price at $40. One tea saucer was selling for $10. A dinner plate was selling for more than $10. Richard never has an explanation as to why an item was reduced 75% when it was a popular item. Richard received $88 from the buyer for shipping 4 (sets of china) to one customer. Richard profits from shipping paid by the buyer by drastically reducing your merchandise so the buyer will buy more and he can then be paid more for shipping, which will cost less because everything is being shipped to the same address. His contract allows him to reduce the price of merchandise, but no one thinks he will give your merchandise away for 75% off. He tells you he reduces merchadise from 10-14% but then secretly accepts lowball offers of 75%++ off.If your merchandise does not sell within 30-60 days, expect him to reduce it to flee market prices.

! Avoid this guy at all costs! Everything described by other 1 star reviews is true. My Items that were sold on Ebay for over $3,000 in April and May 2022 were NOT included in the recent check I received after writing my first Yelp review. Richard will send you a stapled copy of sold items. That packet added up to more than $700. Richard added the packet to be $611.00. I agree with reviewer Johnny J that Richard uses a variety of tactics to not pay customers who consign, what is due. Sterling silver sold FOR $3,000 on May 16th, but Richard conveniently did not include that item in the list of sold items to be paid. Nothing was defective or broken as each item was inspected before it was accepted. The 30 day return period is over. Reviewer JT writes that she felt like her items were stolen. After 8 phone calls and 2 visits to the store I finally received a very small underpaid check which did not include at least 6 larger ebay sales shorting me in excess of $1500. It is easy to sell on ebay and get good reviews and lower your prices to undersell the market when you do not pay for the items you have sold online. As Johnny J wrote in his review: The problem is he's stealing or understating the sales price to the people that really own the items and the Ebay buyers don't know that therefore he has a good Ebay rating. Avoid this guy at all costs!
