We found a piece of furniture we’d both been searching for for DECADES here at an amazing price! Found some smaller items too. What a fun and reasonably priced treasure hunt. Some other reviews had us hesitant to visit, but I truly can’t wait to shop here again. The staff was helpful and friendly. The furniture piece was waiting for us out back when we pulled up. 100% check them out

The owner (or maybe manager) had no sense of customer service, saying that they “don’t help” people bring things out to their cars and only brought out wheels after we asked. We had to chase her around the store for help. I got better customer service at Goodwill. However, they have a great selection of furniture and fair prices. We were also there a few days prior and one of the younger sales representatives was much nicer.

This place is WAY too overpacked. You can't even walk through the store. They don't help move anything around. Even if you buy something they just say here's a dolly good luck. You have to create your own path way through all the other junk in the store. It didn't used to be like this and now they are just dismissive and boarder line rude. Makes me never want to come back!

There is a credit card surcharge that no one at the register informs you about and IS NOT documented on the receipt, so what is charged to your card doesn't match your receipt. Staff is generally rude.

I had a very rude interaction with the male behind the counter. Talked down to me and very condescending. I arrived late for an appointment, which I admit was my fault. Every question I asked him, he responded in a very condescending manner stating that's how they do things. There was no way he was going to bend an inch. I tried several times to explain my situation and he just kept stating that's how they do things. Was not willing to work with me. The reason for his post is more the lack of concern from the owner. I emailed the owner to let her know about this and it's been over a week and no response. I was at least expecting some sort of response, good or bad, but crickets. I have shopped a this store for many years and have made many purchases over the years. I had some items to consign, but instead I donated them. I didn't make any money, but at least they didn't either. I will never shop at that store again.

All good experiences working with the team at Consign and Design. They accommodate us late minute and make it work. All items are affordable and not over priced. Definitely a good place to shop.

I consigned a few items. I've called twice, nobody is answering the phone even though store is open. Stopped in, still no money. Shouldn't be this hard to get my money. Was supposed to come at the end of April.

When purchasing make sure you fully inspect the item. An employee told me that the owner does not ask of the condition of any items that are sold to him which blew my mind. I made a purchase and noticed outside with better sunlight that there were more damages than I thought. I asked the manager if there was any way for him to refund me the money and he said No. I was very disappointed because I had gone there to purchase something I loved and instead i went home disappointed. I thought the manager was a bit rude and should have been more understanding especially since I hadn’t even left the parking lot. I do not recommend this shop.Also, the shop is very packed and difficult to walk around in. The pictures shown are not accurate of what it looks like now.

When I visit a friend who lives in Media, we usually do thrifting/second hand shopping one day. She introduced me to Consign and Design. I like it here! The prices are SO good and they always have tons of inventory. Nothing is there long so you need to get it right away if you love something you see!

Absolutely amazing store - we happened across it when going to the drycleaner next door.An interesting and beautiful display of homewares - we left with 4 items and cannot wait to go back!

April 2023 I took 4 household items to consign they accepted gave me a consigner number. My contract was over May 2023. Two of my items sold I was told to come pickup the two remaining items before May 25th. When I went to retrieve them the store assistant Josh could only find 1 of them we looked all over the store for approx 1/2 hr dud not find them so I asked what happens now. Josh states I will get the credit. To date I havent gotten a payout for the items they sold. Like the other reviews all I have is excusesI take full responsibility for not making a big enough noise. They so far have just kept the monies due to me. I still can't believe this because I have only shopped there SO DISAPPOINTED. I will keep trying to hold them to their CONTRACT
