The owner Caroline was very friendly and patient and help us with shopping for our Baby girls 1st birthday dress. We left with so much more than just a dress but an overall great experience. “Went in to return a few items from an online purchase. I told one of the staff members that I was leaving on a trip the next day and needed a few easy to pack items. All of a sudden the entire staff was helping me! They were so nice. Kept bringing things to me in the fitting room. Gave me opinions on what I tried on. It was a breath of fresh air in retail shopping these days. Thank you to all the staff people who helped me.I just returned from my trip and loved everything that i bought! Will definitely go into the store (instead of going online) next time i need something. It was nice to see everything in person and get such service!”
“Epic fail trying to return some winter clothes I didn't get to wear because we really haven't had much of a winter. The last sale price was 3x below what I paid so I deemed it not worth it. I'll just hold on to them until next year. Hopefully I'll get to wear them. Still love old navy, no shade !!”
