Despite living right off a main road, I apparently live in a "gated community" They will look for any reason to get you to go to them instead of them doing their job and delivering mail

I was supposed to have a package delivered today, and they refused to deliver it because of my dog, who is in the house. We've been here about 3 years, and the dog has been here the entire time but for some reason it's now a problem. Our front door was closed as well so there was no "animal interference". I tried to call them to see if I could just go pick it up & nobody would pick up the phone.

You never get packages when you are supposed to. They lie as to why they don't deliver your mail and/or packages. You would think the postmaster would have these workers re-trained or disciplined or fired for not doing their jobs correctly.

Good God! The new mail carrier Candy is terrible! Your lucky if she can waddle to your mail box! Candy always says I can see your dog in your window and won't deliver!?!? Really my window!? Not outside just the window! Then I file a complaint and nothing gets done. So as I see ot the post master Larry doesn't care either! UPS and FedEx have NO problem seeing my dog in the window! Hey Brookville Post Office especially Candy do your job and quite making excuses!!!!

This place is a joke! I don't get mail for a week! When I file a complaint the post master (another joke) tries to call 1 time and closes it out as fixed! My mail carrier is straight up lazy! Even her coworkers and past coworkers told me I would have trouble and they weren't kidding!
