Very poor Customer Service, High milage Overpriced Trucks.
I stopped in to check out a couple trucks that they had for sale. I knew the milage was high and I also knew what the trucks booked for. I test drive the 1 and came back and asked to test drive the second 1. I test drove the second one and was interested in it even though it had high miles. We asked about a trade in and he made a low ball offer but was asking over book value for his. There was people there before us looking at the truck and he told us they were giving them till the next morning to let them know if they wanted it. I also informed him that it did have an antifreeze leak and it would need addressed if I was to buy it. Well the next morning came and I never heard from them. It was a Saturday, thought maybe they got busy, gave them the benefit of the doubt. Well Monday came and I still didn't hear from him. I messaged him asking why he never replied and he told me he didn't think I was interested. Meanwhile I left my number and told him when I left I'd talk to him the next day. I'm pretty sure I made him mad when I told him his trucks were priced over market value. I also told him I was definitely interested in buyinging a truck, I had a pre approval check in hand. I never heard from him again.
I recommend Baglier GMC in Butler for a truck purchase. They have lower milage trucks for cheaper and they offered me $5000 more than he did for my trade.

Very disrespectful. I messaged and message was seen and never got a response until I messaged the next day asking if he wanted to sell a vehicle or not. He responded back very defensive and claimed he doesn't do business after 5pm. So I told him it was his loss not mine. No second chances for a first impressions in my book. My business is going elsewhere

Honest, good and friendly folks. Helped us out to get us into vehicle we really wanted. Felt like a deal with friends instead of a dealer.Long story short I got burned at large dealer on last truck, then yanked around by a different big dealer trying this time around...I was loosing faith in car dealers. I have always gone to small dealers before the bad deal on last one, now I know why...they care about every sale because their business depends on it.I recommended someone I didn't know go see them for a deal after I got mine. I got a personal message after they went, thanking me for sending them there, that they were able to get a decent car at a good price and were happy ?
