We DID NOT set the stone or have anything to do with the prong work on the ring. the ring was left on 5-3-22 and the sizing was completed on 5-17-22. (two weeks) top my knowlege they never called to inquire about the ring, NOR did they ever mention something happing to the prong (WHICH WE NEVER TOUCHED !) after picking up the ring.”
