Nice and quiet on a Thursday afternoon. Walked in and reviewed menu of options. Selected on paper. Was sat down right away. Choose my nail color and enjoyed my pedicure. Charge of $1 for debit/credit use.

I absolutely LOVED this place. It was my first time getting my nails professionally done and these girls had the best spirit! They were so kind and funny, love starting conversations. Overall SUPER talented!!!! Highly recommend!♥️

Here in Stevens Lake visiting family. This location is clean, friendly, and affordable! They did a great job on my manicure dip powder and pedicure. The prices were clear and my nails look great!

I've lived in Lake Stevens for over 3 years and today was my first time at Bella Nails & Spa. I walked in around 1:00 asking if they had time for a pedicure and they got me in right away. Large nail polish collection (and they are organized which is important to me) and everyone is very friendly. I will be back!

I will never go here again. Acrylics started coming off in 2 weeks. I have been getting my nails done at a different place. I thought I would try Bella. Not at all impressed. Service wasn't great.

First time customer at this place, and the guy was very rude and yells "we are busy" with no explanation. I even called ahead for an appointment and he was refusing to help me.

I call them on Monday the 2nd tomake an appointment. They told 2 come in at 10:30 on Tuesday. When I get reread w my sister they u didn't confirm the appointment they were very very rude. Hurt my feelings do 2 the fact that I have went in there & spent at least $300.00 at 1 one time. And u send me away. Like u rich rich. Like y didn't tell me 2 be hereThey just lost my whole family. We all go there telling people they do good work. Not anymore not with the way they treated yesterday we will n me & my sister never again I'm so Disgusted with their with the attitude they gave us.
