I called this branch this morning to set up an appointment to set up an account. They would not set up an appointment over the phone and told me that I could make an appointment on the WF website which I did. I arrived on site on time for my appointment and within minutes was approached by several employees including Martin Lagunsad, who introduced himself as the new branch manager, asking me what brought me into their branch. I told them all that I was there for my 2 pm appointment to set up an account. Martin would not help me set up an account and told me that the first available banker would see me. When a banker became available he first told me to have a seat at that banker's desk. When I then complained to Martin that waiting for half an hour was too long for someone who had an appointment, he then asked me for the text or email message appointment confirmation. Mind you he never asked for any appointment confirmation when I first informed him of my appointment. Martin did not know that when you book an appointment online you are not sent an appointment confirmation. Despite me making the appointment and getting an online confirmation from the WF website he insisted that I never made an appointment. After having told me to have a seat at the banker's desk he then told me, after I complained, that I had to come back an hour later and repeated that I never had an appointment to begin with like I was lying. When I told Martin that I was calling WF customer service to complain about him and that I was going to post this Google review he gave me his card and said "That's fine!" Not only did Martin not care to give me an even somewhat reasonable level of customer care he did care that I was not happy. Martin does not know how to talk to people and does not know the first thing about customer service. He should not be in customer service at all let alone be a branch manager. After I left the Brookhaven branch I called the WF Aston branch which told me to come right over. Wendy Massey at the Aston branch not only took care of me but provided phenomenal customer service and repeatedly apologized for how Martin had treated me saying that she had never heard of such poor WF customer service in her 12 years with the bank. Laura at WF's Customer Care and Customer Advocacy number also repeatedly apologized for Martin's poor customer skills and how I was treated. I will never go back to the Brookhaven branch.

My step dad passed away & my mom was overwhelmed because he did all the finances & asked for my help. So of course i was helping her until we started taking funds to another bank so they cut our online banking which triggered my mother because she has beginning of dementia but she did verify all info needed as did i but still kept our access blocked. So we are taking all funds out our Wells Fargo including all investments will be moved.you can open an acct online but cant add a person online..um??? Moving it all to PNC

I went to this location today to open a savings account and replace my debit card. If you are requiring people to schedule an appointment to have services, you should put it on the door. The teller was very nice and helpful...the "banker's" tone was terrible.
