It's a real shame that Walgreens feels their store is more important then their customers. Its very convenient to pick up meds early in the morning for someone who doesn't drive and take their meds to them early morning hours.

Went to go get my shot and the pharmacist was unable to tell me what type of shot they offered. The techs were also very rude and lack great customer service. Very ghetto.

This pharmacy is so great! They’re not only open 24/7 but the pharmacy staff is awesome! I just had cataract surgery and lost the eyedrops you need to use before and after the surgery. There are three different kinds of eyedrops, and I lost all of them. It was after 8 PM on a Friday, and I called to see if I could get them replaced. The pharmacist said I needed to call my insurance, but when I did, they said that Medicare does not ever cover, “lost, stolen, or damaged medications.” I called back and told the Walgreens pharmacist and she not only found a coupon for the expensive eyedrops, she transferred the prescription for the one they didn’t have to the nearby CVS pharmacy, that is also 24 hours. She was very sympathetic, because we all lose things and are frustrated, when we do. Fortunately, while I was talking to her. I looked one more time and checked a place I never put things and found my eyedrops. I actually felt a little bad, because she had gone to all that trouble. But the one eyedrop I would have needed to pay full retail for was very expensive, and I would have needed to Uber to the two pharmacies and back, and that would have cost me too. It’s so great, being able to count on this pharmacy, this is not the first time they have gone the extra mile when insurance was being difficult.

The wait for medication is ridiculous have you waitn for two hrs jus to count a 7day supply with four workers in the back very unprofessional I wouldn’t even give them no stars I was the only person in the waitn area

Stopped by the store to use the rest room. I suffer with a medical condition. The person was kind and moved quickly to let me use the restroom. However I came out the restroom and was browsing the store. Looking for natural hair products and a Christmas toy for my grandson. I WAS FOLLOWED!!! I’m a 60 year old woman. Learn how to watch customers from a distance. Well he followed me straight to the cashier as I brought the products. Be mindful one day someone might not respond the way you like it. Come in your store every other day, you watch me like a hawk like I'm going to steal something and never even greeted me entering the store, nor while you were watching, was below average customer service at the desk, and never thanked me or wished me a good night after making my purchase. Oh and I was a rewards member too. Caucasian, young, curly haired associate. Please re train this young man on good customer services. If I go back and he's there and acts like that again, I'm going down the street and making CVS may place to shop. Thank you.

Convenient location with friendly staff and ample parking. Just stopped in to pick up a few quick items and was pleased with the store.
