“Ben and Kelly are amazing at Brookhaven Metro I was with AT&T for a very long time the best phone and the best service I have ever had has been at Metro Brookhaven these people are not only amazing for their phone and their service but whenever I have come in here they have helped me with any problem I have had but today was the worst somehow my phone was on access accessible for the blind and I thought I was going to go crazy and they fixed it within 10 seconds I highly recommend Brookhaven at Metro thank you so much Ben and Kelly”
“I don't know how so many people are NOT using Boost. I pay $25 month total for unlimited everything and my signal has been strong everywhere I go. I can pay my bill online using the app, so the only times I've gone into the store have been the three times I've upgraded my phones, Honestly, the service people have been nothing but helpful in the store. I don't know what more you could ask for considering the price and convenience.”
“Shout out to the lady who was at the store this afternoon & the manager Shawn. I was dealing with a lot after my phone broke and the customer service with Asurion was giving me the run around they made sure to help me and my mother both get the issue resolved. They did a great job even stayed late to make sure my mother's iPhone was correctly activated and working. They both need a raise ASAP because they went above & beyond.”
