Metro charged me $90 for one month ofservice that I didn't even have them as aprovider. Three of their agents said I wouldget a refund and now I was just told because my account was closed that they couldn't see I didn't use any data on the month that I was charged for service that I didn't have them as a provider that I was not eligible for a refund.What was odd was the other three agents that said I would get a refund didn't even put any notes on my account. Terrible service from an unimpressive provider. Well you knew something had to be wrong with them because their parent company is T-Mobile.T-Mobile charged me $520 after I closed my account with them and after I refuse to pay it they put me in collections for it.

This is the second bad experience that I have had here. The men claimed my $55.00payment would need an additional $5.00 service fee for coming and paying in person. Then had no receipt to reflect the amount tendered. They claimed to have no receipt paper. Then I walked back in because I hadn't received my payment confirmation and they tried to rush me out again. I politely told them I would wait in store for the confirmation since they have no receipt to give me as proof of my transaction. They then asked for my number again, I gave it to them and then they sent the confirmation. Guess what? It said thank you for your $55.00 payment. Nothing about the addition of $5.00 they took in cash. And no receipt to prove. No other locations have asked for $5 extra. This is ridiculous
