I've used the Mail Service Center several times since 2019 to ship items I've bought from local online auctions. Mike & his staff have always given me EXCEPTIONAL SERVICES from start to finish. He's very timely with communications, offers competitive rates, packs well & quick to help if needed. It's obvious that he truly cares about his customers & I highly recommend his business.

As a small business I try to support other small businesses, but I was beyond frustrated with this business today! When this place is open, it’s great. Super convenient and fast, very easy errand to run when I need to drop off packages. However, more times than I can count this place has been closed early which is so inconvenient! Today I got there around 12:58 pm and the sign said closed at 1:00 pm today. It was already dark inside and the door was locked. I didn’t have time to go somewhere else especially because I had a FedEx and UPS package and a 1:30 pm call. Sometimes it’s not worth coming here to risk them being closed and have to drive somewhere else instead!

Had an Auction winning picked up and packed for me, it was done fast and arrived in perfect condition ! I was honestly very impressed by the quality and care that went into the packing . Definitely recommend!!

I want to thank Mike personally for the outstanding job he did with the whole shipping and packaging process he did for me. Everything (very fragile) was individually and carefully wrapped. He was wonderful with correspondence and everything came safe and sound. Thank you again! Highly recommended!!

Terrible experience. If I could I would give 0 stars. Beware !Mike Kaufman works in tandem with William Bunch Auctions, their preferred shipper. Has no idea how to pack fragile items. Mike Kaufman received my money from UPS claim, and kept it for himself. I received bunch of broken junk, out of money.

I won an auction nearby and Michael and his team picked up the fragile items and packed them very safely. The customer service and follow through were phenomenal. I use a lot of shippers and this is among the best.

Mike Kaufman was quick to respond when I reached out to him. The items which I won from an auction house were promptly picked up, packaged and shipped in no time. Costs were reasonable, especially when it took a long drive to pick up the items. I highly recommend MSC to anyone looking for a hassle-free way to ship items.

This has been my shipper of choice for my auction winnings. Mike is very thorough and he packs extremely well. Since I live in Hawaii, sending my very fragile auction winnings here can be a challenge, but Mike consistently does a great job and I won't hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of a trusted packing and shipping expert. Mike Kaufman at MSC was referred to me by William Bunch auctions. Shipped for me a couple times with no issues but on the most recent shipment, he told me the price was $50 to ship some items. Gave him my credit card over the phone and was surprised to see that he charged me $92 instead of the agreed upon amount. When I asked him why he charged me more than he said he was going to, he got very defensive and nasty with me. He told me he didn't have time to deal with me and that he should have charged me more. Not sure if this is a bait and switch scam situation or he is just unorganized and was having a bad day when he decided to be totally rude to me when asked about the discrepancy, but I do not do business with people who are not honest and then blame you for their mistakes. Beware - do not give your CC over the phone, have him write an email documenting the amount to be charged and double check your bank statement so he doesn't overcharge you as well.

I can see why Mike is a top 100 shipper, I had some valuable art work that needed to be shipped ASAP, even though he was just about to close up he stayed a little longer to take care of me.......excellent customer service, will be using again.

Guy was rude. He seemed almost satisfied that he wouldn't help me. If you go on fedex website it says you can go here to print labels and mail packages. But this place only takes labeled and already packaged fedex. Which is why I was confused. But he was really short and happy to not help.
