“Yes, Yes, Yes. I went to Mattress Firm in Springfield, Pennsylvania and got my dream pillow top mattress. This was my second visit. I got to lie-on, roll-on, and sit-on, I wanted to take a nap, but had to get home for the Eagles/Jaguar game on Sunday, November 3, 2024.
Rich was excellent at getting me to buy this particular mattress and not letting me buy the cheap, cheaper, cheapest mattress, because I fugal. Due to his knowledge and expertise in the field and explaining the difference between the two, but it was still my decision.
I had taken a picture of the other mattress during my last visit, which was on sale then and today the price was much higher. Rich stated he would honor the sale price if I wanted to buy. That mattress didn’t have my name on it, the more expensive pillow top won today. Even though I spent more money, I happier with my brand new floor sample mattress.
Thank you Rich, see you in about 20 to 25 years.

“Beautifully crafted furniture. I purchased a solid maple bedroom set. It is beautifully stained in a black stain, the wood grain is still visible. The surface feels like silk when I sweep my hand across the furniture. Old fashion quality from expert craftsman. Nothing better than handcrafted furniture made with pride. Delivery was punctual, the men were friendly and very accommodating. Customer service and delivery all white glove.

“Jim was great to work with. I bought a Clearview hot tub from Jim 3 years ago. The process was smooth and Jim took care of a small issue right away. I enjoyed the hot tub for 3 amazing years, but I'm moving to a smaller home so I reached back out to Jim about selling my hot tub. Jim's team picked it up yesterday for me. “For deliveries they receive from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 4:00 pm, it is relatively easy to get on the ramp but you have to reverse from the corner, the difficult thing is to get to this place since the streets are very narrow and always full of parked cars the easiest route for trucks is to take exit 8 of 95 north and turn right on Chester Pike then turn left on Clifton Ave and right again on Pusey Ave and finally on the Roberta Ave turn to the left and reverse towards the warehouse, I hope it helps you so that you don't struggle like I did, otherwise the service is good although the unloading is a little slow because it is done by hand, and finally I I arrived at night and was able to spend the night here without a problem. I changed the rating just because they are very kind ?”
