Great experience. Owner (?) called on the weekend to respond to a voice mail I left to make sure I didn't pick the car up before it was ready. Car looked great. Hopefully I won't need them again, but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to return. I rarely if ever leave reviews, but had to because I highly recommend them.

I truly thought I already did a Google on Ed's Auto body. Believe it was back in February. My car needed some work and this is where it went and let me tell you something above and beyond. Definitely recommend if I could give you more than five stars I definitely would because I was so happy and pleased with my car. They are courteous, professional and on time. The time frame he gives you trust. He means that he is a man of his word and he has integrity and he's also a little bit of a character in a good way.

Was in an accident and the insurance company directed me to Ed’s. They were extremely professional from start to finish and did a great job on fixing my jeep. They handled all of the billing and communication with the insurance company, provided me with continuous updates, and the work was done a day early.

Brought my truck in for a new mirror under insurance, while it was there I let them take care of a broken plastic piece on the opposite side mirror, well when they were installing the plastic they broke the bottom glass section of the mirror and then thought it was fair to charge me for it instead of just owning the mistake and fixing it correctly. Needless to say I wouldn’t go back for small or large work or recommend them to anyone if that’s the way they do business.

Extremely disappointed with the shop’s poor customer service. Our Kia was broken into in our driveway. The alarm was cut, locks damaged, and ignition pulled out.. This moment was one of the scariest moments in my life.
We set up a claim, the shop the insurance initially recommended was at capacity. I remembered this shop being close to our home and listed as a recommended shop four our insurance company. I asked the company to tow our car to Ed’s.
Upon arrival everyone was very nice and welcoming. I started to feel peace about this horrible situation. As the estimate completion date approached the communication with Ed’s started to change.
We expected to pick up our car on a Tuesday. We called and they informed us the date changed. NO ONE communicated the change with us before hand. When asked for an explanation for the lack of communication, there was no reason and a lot of push back from the representative we spoke with.
Finally, the pick up day came. (We understand parts delayed repair and not the shop) While picking up the car my husband noticed his key fob wouldn’t connect to his car. He brought this to the attention of the shop. They told us the key fob is not related to the issue. The told my husband to just go buy a battery for the key fob. (He did replace the battery himself and it didn’t fix the problem)
The male technician at the shop yelled at my husband. The tech stated no one wanted to fix our car because it’s old (2010 Kia Soul). Told him the key fob and lock issue had nothing to do with a vehicle break in and made him extremely uncomfortable as if the tech would cause physical harm to him. (This all happened with the insurance company on speaker and they heard the tech) There is no reason a paying customer be treated in this manner.
Presently, we still cannot lock the car from the inside or with the key fob. Our car was broken into, the alarm was cut, and the damage was never repaired properly. Our vehicle was not repaired to its pre-loss condition.
If you are thinking about using this shop. THINK AGAIN. I have no problems with a company making mistakes but THIS shop does not believe in making it right, taking accountability, helping the customer, and staying true to their word.

I've used them twice over the years and the service is consistently great. Easy from start to finish. They worked with my insurance and arranged a rental car. They kept me informed of the status and met the completion date provided when I dropped the car off. My car looks great and repair was completed quickly.

Ed's Auto Body did an amazing job on my repairs for my vehicle. This was the second tome I used them and I was very happy. Their communication was great. Everyone was very kind, helpful, and professional. I would highly recommend their services.
