I just got off the phone with Mary she was not the nicest person. First she told me I called her yesterday ( when I didn't) then as she proceeded to cut me off ? after saying " oh my bad". She kept assuming things that weren't true. All this while she continued to talk over me ( I'm not allowed to talk or ask questions I guess). Not ok!!This will be the 3rd time my doctors has called my medicine in within the past month. I'm not calling for narcotics.. I just want my psych meds. Nvr had this problem before with CVS. Guess every bunch has a bad apple ? ? ?

Dear CVS, we is customers come to you, at the pharmacy to pick up medication. Not to come and look at absolutely disgusting registers. How are we supposed to trust that you are supposed to be helping us to cure our illness. If you guys can't even keep the areas clean of the debris and God only knows what else. Whoever is in charge of pharmacy Should be embarrassed on what the customers have to look at when they come up to pick up their medication. Most of us as customers can't even wait in the drive-through line. Minimum Wait is 20 minutes to a half an hour if not longer. So most of us walk inside to pick up our medication and this is what we have to look at. There's no excuse, especially when you see you guys fooling around behind the counter

They allow you to set an appointment online, enter your insurance information, and wait until you arrive to let you know that they don't take your insurance.

NOT ONE CVS COLD AND FLU PRODUCT IN STOCK FOR THE LAST ???? DAYS HERE!! I was told to go to another store when I asked for a rain check or something because there’s MANY deals and rewards happening with CVS health brand right now and I don’t drive so I’m unable to go to another cvs like the suggested so you know where I went?? WALGREENS!! This place is pathetic. EVERY SHELF IS EMPTY!!! Do better!!! No excuse for this.

I come to this cvs all the time never had a problem with any one. But saw the jessie one of the black american cashier was in a angry mode. Also was angry an an old black american guy trying to hurry him up on his transaction which was looking in appropriate and then after scanning my item she scanned one of my item twice. I found this out when i checked the reciept in my car. Ok thats a small mistake no problem for the twice scanned. but i did not like the way you were angry at that black man before me. As a manager i would just give you one more chance only. I have been a manager myself many years.
