My child has some great teachers and the curriculum has been so good for him. I am not as pleased with the amount of closures, but understand the shortage of staff in this post-covid world.

UNSAFE for Children.As long as Margaret Stairiker is in charge here; DO NOT bring your kids. The staff that she hires is corrupted as well as herself. She vocially calls kids pathetic. Moves kids from room to room if they are misbehaving or to impress certain parents. She once said never to eat the food she prepares for the kids because the lunch food is like dog food. Please do not allow your child to come here. This "accredited program" is seriously misleading.

I've been emailing asking for about 2 months for pricing and availability and unfortunately no one responds. The Aston location responds quickly and is very friendly, in comparison. The lack of response was one of the reasons why I hadn't enrolled my child initially, 1.5 yrs ago. I thought the covid climate may have been the reason and wanted to give this location another chance but clearly, it's the management and not the situation. As a working mom, it's so hard to find care and it makes me so frustrated when you can't get the support you need. It's pretty cagey that providing pricing and availability is so secretive unless you're trying to give different individuals different pricing and availability. Working moms beware. You can't depend on this location.

Horrible. No communication as a parent and staff. They wanted me to make payments on my account but I don’t know what I was supposed to pay and then want to charge me late fees at the same time. The area manager was no help along with the corporate office. When I was staff, I asked for clearances that I paid for and I received no response from them! I would never step foot in a Kindercare ever! I will not send my child there(Brookhaven location). It is unorganized and the director seems to never have time to anyone.

I have 2 sons that go to this center and we are fairly new and I love everything about it. The Communication between your kids and their day how they send you photos and videos of your kids throughout the day a lot actually how they give you time frames or when your kids are going to the bathroom when they’re taking a naps when you’re outside what they learned what’s expected for the week I love all the activities id like to thank Ms Dawn Ms Mariah Ms Madison and Ms Laura for helping me with my kids and also Mr Jarret and Ms Crystal I appreciate you all

I tried to enroll my daughter here and the center was unprofessional and unresponsive. They didn't return my calls and Jarret has ignored my e-mails. Even though we're getting a little desperate finding childcare, I wouldn't send her to a place that seems so poorly managed. It's a shame.

Both of my children have been attending KinderCare for a few years, most recently my youngest returned and I cannot stress enough how amazing the staff is! It’s very rare you find a center that truly cares for your children address all their needs not just during the pandemic but EVERYDAY! I love the KinderCare app its gives me comfort seeing pictures and all the learning activities they do throughout the day. The entire staff are truly a blessing!

We have had our 2 and 4 year old there since we moved in Dec and have been very happy with it. Feel safe with the covid precautions, the teachers are wonderful, and they are always doing some sort of amazing craft or activity. And the kids are excited to go everyday.

Ms. Crystal you are outstanding, your ability to love on each child is beautiful. You truly make the center feel like a home away from home. You truly are the Mother of the entire center.Mrs. Morgan is amazing! My son really enjoys reading books with you, he talks about it all the time. Thank you?Mrs.Laura is another gem, she’s so nurturing and kind. Taking the best care of each boo boo with such kindness . Your the best!Mr. Jerrid (Director)- Thank you for being such friendly face. My son looks forward to your greeting every morning. Before we get out the car he says there goes Mr. Jerrid right there. LolThank you all for everything, especially the pictures and videos! I went here for a tour and caught major red flags. I waited for 5 minutes at the door until someone was available to buzz me in and then another 15-20 minutes inside on a dirty sofa because no one was available to give me the tour (even though they knew I was coming at that time). While waiting, I overheard a teacher yelling at a kid. They had about 10 toddlers in one room with only one person to watch them (the ratio is legally 1 adult to 5 toddlers). The tables were still dirty from the previous meal. None of the "teachers" were teaching or doing any type of learning activity for the children, though they have a curriculum set up. For the price they are asking, you could go to a Montessori or Goddard school and get MUCH better than the babysitter care you get here.Overall impression: This is a babysitter that is over priced.

My lil girl is in the infant room and I love how I get a report throughout that day, including pictures. I have also seen her development in many aspects. I can’t wait until she turns one and goes in the toddlers room.

Our daughter (4 y/o) has been attending Brookhaven KinderCare since she was two months old, and we have always been so happy with the center. The staff is engaging and caring, and Mr. Jarrett has done a fabulous job as director. We know that when we send our daughter there for the day, she will be safe and cared for, plus have lots of fun.

The staff at KinderCare Brookhaven have been a part of our "extended family" for the past 3.5 years. Both of our children started in the infant room at ~5 months of age. From the very beginning, our children were nurtured and encouraged to meet developmental milestones.As the children progress, it is evident that the teachers adhere to the curriculum established by KinderCare. As a complement to the structured learning, the children are also provided ample opportunities to express themselves artistically and to explore nature while playing outdoors.The app is an awesome glimpse into our children's day with pictures, videos, and updates allowing us to engage in more detailed conversations about their learning and play.Mr Jarret, the director, and Ms Crystal, assistant director, bring so much warmth, imagination, passion, and diversity into the center. We greatly appreciate how easy it is to communicate with them. They continually seek feedback to ensure a safe learning environment, especially now in the wake of a health crisis.We can not say enough positive comments about the teachers (Dawn, Deja, Geenen, Monique, Laura, Alissa, Jen, Pam - to name a few!) and the impact they've had on our children.We are grateful to have KinderCare Brookhaven as part of our village!

Brookhaven Kindercare is absolutely amazing. My daughter has been there for the last two years. The staff is caring, patient and supportive. Every day when I pick my daughter up she raves about what a great day she had, what she learned and just loves her teachers. Its very important to me to feel that my daughter is safe and in good hands. Kindercare provides that to my family on a daily basis an I couldn't be more thankful for them!
