“I can’t say enough about credit unions versus banks- I am a valued member, not just a customer. I have been with Citadel for like 40 years.
Locally, I use both the Springfield and the Brookhaven branches. More recently I have had the opportunity to work with new branch manager Brij at Brookhaven and prior at Springfield. He successfully helped me thru a big money fraud attack and lately with transferring 401 money from an annuity to a citadel 401 acct. His help on the former to recover all my money was amazing, and he is now guiding me thru my 40 xfer.
