The hours on the door need to be changed. They do that thing where they claim the lobby is open until 6 but the reality is it's open till about 545 or whenever they feel like, and this is one of the few locations without an atm with this bank in my area i've almost never talked to a person they just don't have the hours for a busy 3 job person.Just one of those pet pevs where if you post a lobby hour till 6 you can lock the door at 6 and the employees clock out would be 630 or whatever. no one cares when your employees clock out they just need to know when they can walk through the door regardless of transaction type, especially for a 5 min check deposit.

Wed 16, 2021, went to bank to rectify accounts and employees acted like they did not know me. Bridget manager said, she would help. She refused to close my accounts and acted like I was threatening her. Guess we are a cashless society. Stay away. Poor customer service. Tried to use during Covid lockdown. Unavailable. They Withdrew my house payment instead of processing and did not give me the money. I almost defaulted on my loan.

Wish I could rate 0 stars, Im having financial problems at the moment and I went to my bank to see if there was anything they could do to help, litterly anything at all. But instead I got a rude lady on the phone who basically told to go F myself because apparently they asked me before if I wanted help financially and I said no. People's bank is a horrible bank and I wouldn't recommend anybody bank with them.
