Not surprised they only have a 2 star rating. Young girl at the counter told me I could pick up checks in 24 hours and then said the morning, so I asked her to clarify and she was just plain nasty for no reason. She would be great working at the DMV, Tow lot, or just being on food stamps, so she does not have to deal with people. I just don’t understand why people act so nasty for no reason. If you are reading this, please just be nice to people. Had I known the answer to the question I would not have asked you. I’m not hear to just waste peoples time. Simply put… just be nice. Costs you nothing.

Nice enough people but the drive-through atm has been broken for six months or longer. It's very inconvenient to take my son in and out of the car for a 2 minute atm transaction.

Wells Fargo does not even get a one star they should just get zero. For years my husband deposits a paycheck from his company and now they decide they’re going to hold the check for 24 hours and put me on hold for 20 minutes and keep transferring me to people from India and executive for people. This is unethical that they hold a check for 24 hours without releasing any partial funds at all and wouldn’t even give our check back to us so we could go elsewhere. Very poor customer service very, very emotional, not willing to help and unfortunately, I am unable to even switch my bank because the rest of the banks in the area are terrible. Also, there’s no customer service appreciation. No one is willing to make the customer happy or be empathetic or compassionate. Not to mention that for over two years, it was the same routine going to the bank and having partial funds released to my account. And now they’re saying that it’s a courtesy that they release funds and that the check is restricted and when I called the customer service line, they said that the check was not on a hard hold. It would be available the next day. And I asked them. Why can’t they just release partial funds and they couldn’t even give me an answer, and they kept repeating themselves saying that if this is a negative conversation, they’re going to disconnect the call. Very rude very unhappy with Wells Fargo .

I was in today had some banking issues to fix. The young lady banker was very nice and walked me threw to fix my issues. Place was well busy and it was clean . There was a wait but was busy thanks 4 stars

Drive thru ATM has been "out of service" since Nov 2023. Now the walk up one is out of service. It's ridiculous. Get something fixed already. The next closest ATM is windgap or mt pocono.This location deserves negative stars if it was allowed

Only reason for two stars is because some of the tellers are nice otherwise it would be 1 star, but ATMS NEVER WORK. People work during bank hours and we rely on these atms to work. This bank has two and both were down this morning. The drive thru has been down for at least 3 months now. So ridiculous.

Just don’t. If you have two hours to spend at a bank both inside and in the drive through then be my guest. But if you have a busy day I wouldn’t suggest :)

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I hope there's some bank executive that reads these reviews. Terrible business practices at Wells Fargo. First trip: I went into Wells Fargo branch to open a business account. I was told I needed an appointment. So I made an appointment.Second trip: I showed up on time for my appointment. There were 3 "Managers" sitting together at one desk when I arrived, seemingly not doing anything. I stated that I had an appointment to open a business account. One came over to me and told me that I needed to email business documents to them and make another appointment. I informed them that I had all the documents they needed in my phone. But they still wanted me to make another appointment. Since when does it take 3 trips to a bank to open a business account? My time is not valuable to them? Why couldn't anyone review my documents during my appointment? I asked these questions and was met with "sorry that's how it's done". I guess they don't want my business at Wells Fargo. I will bank elsewhere.

Their atms never work. Can never deposit checks. Happens just about every time I go down there. I would do it over the phone but some of my customers have weird looking checks or their handwriting isn't that great so it won't let me do it over the phone with mobile deposit. There was one or 2 tines I went there the clerks are nice but that's about the only good this about this branch.

Always fast and efficient service! Smiling staff
